I was out to meet friends for a well needed get together and to eat, drink and watch the football. Before the chance to be served I was discriminated against by the bar staff (allegedly the boss CHRIS BEARD) for not wearing a mask. I expressed I was medically exempt to which he failed to accept the fact and called the police and said he had notified all surrounding pubs and restaurants not to serve me! Sorry is this 1930s Germany? (Papers please)… What an absolute disgrace, and to say we are a nation of free people with rights!? BOYCOTT THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU DON'T SUFFER WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION! Duke of Wellington is a trading name of Mitchell's and butler's leisure retail limited! It is not private property and CHRIS BEARD is not the owner!
