We had a delicious and healthy lunch here on a sunny day. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s so good to be able to eat at a place with such an ethical ethos!

When I heard we were going to get a plant based cafe in town I was beyond excited. Stamford is not great for good vegan options and The Blonde Beet is changing that.
Read moreI've tried a couple of their cakes, a tartlet, and shared two of their mains with a friend (across 3 different visits). Everything has been absolutely delicious. Full of flavour, made with real ingredients and clearly prepared with love.
The menu changes regularly to minimise food waste and encourage local and seasonal eating. Which means you'll never get bored with what's on offer.
The venue is also absolutely gorgeous. Exposed beams, eclectic furniture, but all with a fresh and modern feel.
A fantastic addition to the Stamford food scene.
