🌱Lots of Cruelty-Free Choices! - Edit
All-Veg restaurant and I always have a good meal at Beet Box. I have visited both locations regularly and they can make most dishes vegan for you if it’s not already. Good smoothies, fun and unique dishes, and they have great daily specials.

Hands down the best plant-based friendly spot on this side of the island - Edit
Sure to please regardless of your dietary needs! I’ve been completely plant-based since January of 2020, but I tried Beet Box before that - it was delicious. Fast forward to July 2020, my husband and I are both vegan. We ordered take out the other day, and we sat in bed with our breakfast like we were at a 5 star bed and breakfast. It’s that good.

I love this place! - Edit
We’ve been here a few times, and I can’t get over how good the food is! Today we had the McJegger, the What’s for Breakfast with Just Egg, banana oat pancakes, the Freddy and cold brew smoothies ♥️ it was all delicious, and the staff is so friendly too 😊 pretty sure this will be our go to spot while we’re in Hawaii

So happy to have Beet Box in Kailua!! - Edit
Great vibe and food and plenty of Vs on the menu!! If you’re asking me for recommendations, start with the Hello burger, add the Fakin’ and get a kombucha to wash it all down.

My go-to lunch and breakfast spot - Edit
Love love love this place. Would go here to study for exams (beware - no WiFi) and have had numerous breakfast dates here. Everyone I’ve brought here loved it. My dad is vegetarian and has never seen somewhere with so many options for him. My brother is a meat eater but was blown away by the vegan meat substitutes. Love beet box! Açaí smoothie and avo toast are the bomb.com.

Excellent brunch - Edit
We ate here for brunch and they accommodated the Mexicali dish for vegan option even though the menu didn’t mention that it was possible. The dish was fantastic with a mung bean “egg”. My wife’s burrito was equally good. They 2/3 of an extra smoothie leftover and gave that away to me for free. All in all, an excellent experience.

The dining room/eating area is clean & inviting. The chairs are cushioned and the tables are made of wood. The music vibe is calming. Keiki friendly - the restaurant had a little section for keiki with a chalkboard, books, toys, and a small table with chairs.

We had the What's for Breakfast (with Just Egg), Vegan Breakfast Burrito, and Banana Oat Pancakes - all were full of flavor and were a good portion. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
With the food & service being as excellent as it was, we are definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu! They currently close at 4:00 pm, however, I was told that they are working on a dinner menu!
Presented them with an Excellent Reviews Decal and Stickers for Keiki.

Great Breakfast - Edit
We ate breakfast here three different times during our trip. The vegan burrito is very good and filling. The avocado toast is great. The turmerrific smoothie is great. The banana pancakes are great. I would highly recommend adding the coconut whipped cream, as it is probably the best coconut whip I've ever eaten. We got the half a papaya every day too, as you can get more coconut whip delivered via this delicious conduit.

Everything is delicious! - Edit
I had several meals at the Beet Box while on holiday and immensely enjoyed every single one of them. The 3 Little Birds BLT was definitely my favourite sandwich — it was delicious. I ordered a Pitaya Bowl for dessert and it was super tasty and also big enough that it would probably serve as a meal on its own.

Some holes on menu - Edit
The pancakes and veggie burger here were both top notch—pancakes in particular some of the best I’ve ever had. But the chilaquiles facsimile (Mexicali blues?) and the yogi bowl were mediocre at best. Perhaps steer toward the more “western” parts of the menu? But service was excellent and friendly, and the interior is pleasant.
