Good food and good service - Edit
A welcoming restaurant with good service. The food was excellent. I would suggest having some additions with the main course as they are not that large.. I would encourage the restaurant to become fully vegan - ditch the dairy!

Great “mostly Vegan” set menu - Edit
Went there with a friend & this all veggie & mostly vegan restaurant (1 dish can be made with dairy cheese) is fast becoming a favourite vegan (or mostly) restaurant in London. Service is very good too - we had to catch a show & needed to hurry them
Read morea bit & they dealt with that well, bringing us the final course & bill at the same time as asked & almost immediately! Worth going especially for a special night out.
Pros: All vegan save 1 optional dish with dairy cheese, Not so expensive for what it is & location, Great service

Tasty but expensive. - Edit
tried their food at a beer festival – the polenta, courgette and pea dish was delicious but incredibly expensive, especially given the portion size. great quality, not so great value for money

Outstanding! - Edit
A small but perfectly formed menu. Inventive dishes and a good range of cocktails. I had a small plate and a large plate and was left too full for dessert! They also offer a reasonably priced tasting menu.
Read moreWorth booking as it can get quite busy.
They say "mostly" vegan because there is a single cheese dish.
Pros: Exquisite flavours, Reasonable prices for central London, Friendly service

Tendril - 4.25 Stars - Edit
It looks like Tendril reopened in another location and the previous reviews were not moved. I'm looking forward to trying Tendril again. In the meantime, here is my review from last year:
Read moreBeautiful tasting menu. I'd have been more inclined to give a 5 star rating if the main wasn't my archenemy, aubergine (eggplant)...the other main option was mushroom (my other unwelcome vegetable, which my dining partner ordered). Nice experience overall. We'd try this place again, particularly when they change up the main entrees.

Expensive but tasty - Edit
The food was nice but the portion was pretty small considering the price
