Chicken Satay WOW - Edit
This place is amazing! The prices are VERY affordable. The first night we got 2 dishes and banana bread for 93k and we came back today and got 2 chicken Satays and 2 dishes for 148k! I LOVE the fact that you can ask for everything without oil!!!! I had the chicken satay with oil though lol. Highly recommend. If you get the basi dish make sure to get protein to go with it, otherwise it was still good!

Good and affordable local food - Edit
We had dinner in the garden which is really peaceful. We tried the martabak as a starter and then two different local dishes. It was good but nothing exceptional. We paid 110k in total, really good quality-price ratio.

Excellent value and location - Edit
My partner and I ate here almost every day we stayed in Seminyak. The food is great value for money and the serving sizes are better than I had expected. We were particularly fond of the sate skewers and all the fresh fruit juices. The garden setting is also lovely. A really peaceful place to have a meal.

Very nice smallish place off a side road in a villa complex. Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the food and would recommend. A review further down sums up my thoughts.

Average vegetarian place - Edit
Quiet and peaceful place, but very limited vegetarian option. Not all food can be made without garlic/onion/shallot thingy, since most oriental vegetarian doesn't eat that. I ordered the fried beehon and it is just average.

Cons: Limited menu, Even more limited non-onion type choice, A bit dark ambience

Yum - Edit
Cool little place with lots of trees. The photos of the food in the menu don’t do the food justice, it was delicious, and very cheap. All up we paid $10NZD each, even with starters and a drink

Best food in Seminyak so far - Edit
I have eaten at tasty vegan twice in the last 3 days... the food has been excellent as has the service... it has beaten the other two veggie restaurants on price and taste IMO.

My friend and I fell in love as soon as we walked in. The location is tucked away which gives it this mystic vibe and the girls that work there are super kind. The food is really good and the juices are even better. Highly recommend.

An array of flavoursome vegan dishes - Edit
Lovely vegan place tucked away in the inner streets of Bali with a beautiful zen garden. Everything we tried here was amazing. They have an array of flavoursome Indonesian dishes. We mainly loved their delicious satays and noodles. Can’t wait to visit again.

Worst food ever and strange place - Edit
I am really sorry to say it, but this Restaurant served the worst vegan food i ever ate. I had 3 meals and all were kind of tasteless, even the fried starters were just tasteless. Its really cheap yes. So If You are on a Budget and your prioirity is price You can get some pretty cheap curries here which are eatable. If You really want to enjoy your food better Go somewhere else :(

Good local food - Edit
This little tucked away place offers a small, but tasteful vegan selection of local dishes. The prices are comparable with other local places on the island and are very cheap for Seminyak standard. Range form 15-40k IDR. As local as the prices is the setup ... don’t expect a fancy restaurant. The food is worth it though.

Disappointing - Edit
This place is really not good compared to other vegan options you get around there. Especially the drinks and their plastic policy are a set-off. First time I went there I just wanted an iced-coffee and they gave me a plastic straw and totally spoiled it because they put way too much sugar that I needed to tell them to make a new one...
Read moreStill wanted to give it a second try with food so I got the smoothie bowl. It was ok but not really thick but rather liquidy. Plus you don't really know which flavours you're getting yourself into. There's not much stuff I don't like, so I still picked that one blindly and then I had dragonfruit which is my least favourite fruit basically 😅 It was still ok, that's why I gave 2 stars because the prices are cheap as well. I got a pineapple juice along with that and it tasted sugary and watery again... So nope, I've had enough from this place.
Pros: -cheap meals
Cons: -drinks are super sugary and watery, -smoothie bowl too watery as well, -some options are not specified enough

Below average experience - Edit
Over 100 reviews with the majority being 5 stars... But my grade is 2 cows for below average. I ordered the Bihun Goreng and the mixed juice (39k and 20k, respectively as of February 2019). The juice was like a smoothie and was tasty. However, the Bihun Goreng was just some clear vermicelli noodles and some sauteed veggies; something I could make at home in a few minutes for pennies. Almost no flavor; couldn't there have been some seasoning? The worst part is that there was almost no protein on the plate. When you're a vegan or vegetarian you need to eat protein, just like any other human being. This was not a balanced meal and I went out and bought a bag of peanuts after I left just to get some protein in me. How could a vegan restaurant not consider the nutritional value of a meal when planning their menu items? So needless to say, this restaurant was a big disappointment for me.
Read moreBut to be honest, I'm also disappointed at all these people that left 5 Star reviews for this restaurant. In my humble opinion you should give a 5-star review to a restaurant that you consider to be one of the best you've been to (taking into consideration the food, the service, the prices, and the ambiance). I have a limited amount of time to spend in Bali and I'm sorry to say that I used some of that time and money to eat a meal at this restaurant.
Pros: The mixed juice was good
Cons: Not a balanced meal, No protein, Lacking in flavor; not an interesting meal

Yum! - Edit
For once happy cow reviewers were right! Although I didn’t think the sate was the tastiest I’ve had, it was good, and the ‘steak’ and other options we had were delicious and a very fair price. They even gave us complimentary banana cake (yum!). We’re not staying in the area, but if we can, we’ll be back.

I adore this place. The Sate is incredible, and so was the vegan omelette. Absolutely delicious. I bought a donut and one of the staff gave me a free one on the house too! You can even order it from Go Jek and have it delivered to your hotel/villa!!! Sate and mi goreng right in the comfort of my villa ❤️ so cheap!!!!!!
