Moorish Moroccan Meal

Really nice atmosphere and reasonably busy for a Sunday night. Good service and lots of vegan options. Tried the sweet potato dip, eggplant mousaka and lentil tagine which all had so much flavour! Will def go back

Pros: Big servings and big flavours

Spicy and filling

Ordered: the Black Fez tagine (I can't remember all the exact ingredients). I also had a chance to try the fried (tasted baked though) spiced cauliflower.

The main thing I have to say about all the dishes I tried is that the spice level was flavourful without being overpowering. The breaded eggplant that came the Black Fez was amazing. Beautifully crispy and tender at the same time! The cauliflower had a really nice texture too. Apparently they're fried but they didn't taste oily at all? I would definitely recommend it either way.

My cousin tried the non-dairy strawberry smoothie and said it was refreshing. Especially with the mint.

The serving sizes are a lot bigger than they look and the meal was SUPER filling!

Pros: Big servings for price
