Yummy dessert

I stopped here on a trip to Seattle. I had already had lunch so I just got a dessert (the chocolate peanut butter bar). It was yummy, not overly sweet, and I could tell it was made with good ingredients. If I had time, I’d definitely go back again.

Pros: Good ingredients , Vegan items labeled

Super cute, lots of healthy options

If they were all vegan, I’d give them five stars. Lots of healthy, whole foods and a variety of flavor combinations. Everyone was really nice and it’s such a cute restaurant!

Pros: Healthy options, Breakfast through dinner

Delicious bowls

The Buddha bowl is great. The kale is very fresh, and the seasoning is spot on. I added the sprouted tofu and it was very flavourful.

excellent vegan options!

I really liked this place! It has a really nice ambience, with very high ceilings, feels very clean, open, minimalist, modern. The menu has a lot of very clearly labeled vegan delicious options for breakfast and lunch like oats with Apple cider vinegar soaked raisins (it sounds weird but was very good), and various kinds of earth/goddess bowls. There's also a coffee service and they have fancy cool coffee drinks such as a matcha latte with hemp milk. Great great place, I went back several times. very popular at lunchtime times but line moved quickly.

Best all-around "quick" near Amazon campus/7th & Virginia

If you are particular about your salad bowl (or juice or matcha or breakfast or...), then you've come to the right place. This is great food, bright atmosphere, friendly service, and easy sit down & plug in whether by yourself or meeting the gang. Healthy food that actually NOURISHES. If you're jonesing for dessert, you're covered. Snail cookies-yum...

Pros: upstairs dry erase wall great for meet ups , pay a living wage (community is their thing), their Buddha bowl is the BOMB!

Cons: Too. Many. Choices. ^_^

The Real Deal

Basically these guys are open all day, serving 90% vegan and 100% vegetarian fare. AND most of their stuff is organic and default setting is without meat. You can add-in animal products (chicken, shrimp, egg, etc...no red meat whatsoever) as much as you want, but otherwise you could consider Sweetgrass Food Co. to be totally vegetarian. Literally all of their dishes are vegetarian unless you choose to add meat.

Breakfast options are pretty killer, I'm a huge fan of the chia pudding to-go. Some good juices and really creative smoothies. Price point might strike some folks as on the higher end, but when you look at the ingredients and complexity of the menu, it's actually good value for money. If you ever try the "buddha bowl", it will leave you feeling full for hours; portions are generous!

Rest of the day is mostly salads and grain bowls. They've got a few baked items like cookies and brownies (not vegan, but def. vegetarian). But they do have a vegan scone and a thing called a "mira bar" which is vegan, sugar free, gluten free, and off the hook.

Pros: Diverse offering, Everything defaults to vegetarian, Organically sourced

Cons: Not cheap - but you get a lot!, At peak times it can take 10 minutes, Lots of nuts - beware for allergies
