Quite good - Edit
Meal of the day was not available (!!!) so I had burger with chips. It was very good but the beyond patty was probably overcooked and a bit dry. But good flavours. Service was a bit slow and the waitress was not really bothered. Menu was looking amazing, unfortunately I can't go back to try other dishes.

Truly sublime! - Edit
We came here for lunch because of the location (not too far from the Palace of the Parliament) and ordered the lunch menu (burger or shaorma plus cake). My husband had the barbecue burger and it was very good. I had the seitan wrap (shaorma) and it was divine! I don‘t think I‘ve ever had such a tasty wrap. We took away our cakes, the lemon cake and tiramisu, and had them later, and both were delicious as well.

Lovely place for a second breakfast! - Edit
Went here with a friend for a second breakfast. Lovely atmosphere and delicious cakes. The Cafe latte with oat milk was among the best ones we've had in Bucharest.

Despite the nice decor, the ambience was not that cozy. The food was tasty, although nothing special. The waitress was cute and friendly. There was a menu in english

Nice to go to an all-vegan place, big portions and good flavors. We both had burgers which were accompanied by tasty potatoes. I wanted to have the tiramisu afterwards but unfortunately i was too full.

We enjoyed our trip to Sublimmme. Their menu features burgers, wraps and bowls. We visited the restaurant itself once (which is spacious and clean), and used Bolt Food to order to our hotel on a couple of very hot afternoons.

Food poisoning - Edit
We arrived the day we landed and were looking for a vegan place to eat,
Read moreWe saw recommendations through happy cow, I don't understand how.
I told my husband that because I am a pastry chef I recognized straight away that the cakes in the display looked very bad and that we shouldn't eat and unfortunately he didn't listen to me, but also urged me to eat as well.
We ate a hamburger and 2 different slices of cake, of course the cakes looked very bad and we only ate what looked "normal" after three days (the incubation period) we both got very severe food poisoning accompanied by diarrhea and stomach pains, we returned to our country and immediately ran to the emergency room.
For six hours we received fluids and antibiotics through a vein.
We tried to reconstruct what we could have eaten that caused us to do this, we didn't eat anything new or unfamiliar and for the most part we ate at Burger King, we went through the reviews of all the places we visited and after seeing the reviews in Google we have no doubt that we got the poisoning there.
It is unpleasant to write, but the place must be closed immediately. The Romanian Ministry of Health must look there urgently.
The app inforce me to give 2 stars but in this case there should be 0 stars.

The burgers are incredible. The service is great. But the BEST thing are their sauces- vegan mayo, sweet mustard and special sweet chilli sauce are so tasty, we could have ordered buckets full.

Solid vegan dining and drinks - Edit
Sublimme stands out as one of the few fully vegan restaurants in Bucharest, offering a welcome haven for plant-based eaters. During my visit, I opted for their signature cheeseburger and indulged in a slice of chocolate cake for dessert. While neither dish was groundbreaking, they certainly hit the spot and left me feeling content. Beyond the food, I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff, the restaurant's location which is convenient, and the prices that are reasonable.

Great location - Edit
Located just on the edge of Old Towne. Lots of good menu items. Food was good. I had the daily special of a really good borscht soup full of fresh carrots, potatoes, and beets in a tasty broth and a felafel wrap. Others had cheese burgers and a stir fry (was good but a bit too oily). We waited over 35 minutes from the time of order until our food arrived. The waitress was very busy and hyper focused on her laptop as she sat at a table. We never got asked if we wanted drinks, needed anything, wanted to order dessert. Besides taking our order and putting the food on the table we had no interaction.

Very good food, we enjoyed a burger, a wrap and two raffaelo’s. The choice of cakes and sweets is huge.
