Lovely but definitely not a vegan place - Edit
Health food shop with small cafe, very limited seating inside but a covered outside area with further seating available. The shop has some nice vegan products; fresh, frozen, store cupboard essentials, household and personal care. You will need to check ingredients though, as whilst most things are vegan not everything is eg bone broth, dairy milk and yogurt, fish supplements etc. The cafe had a chiller with delicious looking raw cakes, I just had to try the snickers one! (it was delicious). Hot drinks to have in and takeaway, I opted for the chai with oat milk which was a treat in the cold, rainy weather. The cafe does provide dairy milk for drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. No parking.

Possibly my new favourite in Newquay - Edit
It is a little off the main roads so unlikely to find it unless you look for it. All vegan health shop with great selection of products, highlight for me is the attached cafe. A little on the pricey side but I think that’s just the cost of high quality organic food! Looking forward to going back to try more of their food
Read moreI would rate 5 stars but apparently the listing isn’t 100% vegan. I believe it is so will try and update

Read moreI had gf flat bread & houmous which was the best flatbread I have ever tasted.
Wild Soul Cacao which was warming & simply delicious.
Carrot cake which thankfully had minimal sweetness & was packed with carrot.
Newquay's only independent health food shop with an extensive range.
*vegan sausage rolls have wheat.

Nice to meet you and thanks for your kind review.
Read moreAs you say the cafe is vegan whilst the shop does stock some non-vegan traditional health food shop lines, such as fish oils. We are nevertheless still on a mission to encourage people to eat tasty food made from plants. : )

Nice little spot - Edit
We visited Newquay for the first time and in search of a vegan Cornish pasty & nice coffee. Came across Sprouts while walking down the high street and were pleasantly surprised with what was available. Nice little spot, would recommend if you're nearby.

Best coffee! - Edit
Not only was I able to pick up a few necessities here but the coffee I had was incredible! Perfectly strong and honestly the best cuppa I've had in a LONG time. The hidden garden was a welcome and relaxing break from the noise of town. Staff were attentive, helpful and smiling. All around, perfection.
