Serves meat, vegan options available. Upscale restaurant with outlets across the globe. This one is in the Four Seasons hotel, 2nd floor. Ask for the vegan menu - it lists several appetizers and entrees and has vegan gelato for dessert.

Exceptional! - Edit
I dined at Spago in summer 2022 and had a memorable and excellent meal, from the food to the service to the view.
Read moreOur server noted that I was vegan and ensured that I had just as complete of an experience as my non-vegan partner.
Spago offers a separate vegan menu with several tempting choices. I enjoyed an amuse bouche, bread service (server brought delicious olive oil instead of butter), salad, entree (curry), and dessert (usually I wish the vegan option wasn’t just sorbet, but the sorbets there are heaveanly). Everything, in my opinion, was cooked, presented, and served to perfection. The portions were a nice size—not so big that I was painfully stuffed after several courses, but not so small that I needed to eat more when I got home.
It’s fine dining so you have to spend money here, and it’s worth it. One of my favorite dining experiences of my life.

New all Vegan menu - Edit
Honestly stoked about the new all vegan menu lots of fun options! The vegan bolognese is savory, the falafel good texture! The views are wonderful. If you want fine dining on maui with vegan options this is such a good option.

Great Views, Good Food - Edit
If you can get an outdoor table, go for it. Ask for the vegan menu— several options, including dessert.

Try their wellness menu - Edit
Small portions but really great options for vegans and they are also gluten free. It’s expensive but you’re going to this place for the name and experience.
Read moreMeant to go to Ferraro’s at the four seasons but it was closed due to a storm. They moved our reservation to here. The wellness menu is carried at both restaurants.
