Pricey but worth it

Great atmosphere and food at this popular all vegan restaurant. The dishes are quite expensive compared to other Milan options but this is definitely an upscale place. Presentation and taste are great and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. Worth a try.

Its ok!

I went there for dinner and I was lucky to be seated, as they were almost fully booked. My advice would be making reservation before going. I wasn't really satisfies with the menu. I choose to eat salad, as this dish would be one of the only ones without any carbs like rice, quinoa and noodles and it was ok. Nothing spectacular. The menu wasn't exciting for me, as most food would be normal vegan food from other cuisines like Japanese, Mexican and Thai or Lebanese. I think its nice place to try, but I didn't enjoy this place as much and I wont go back. I also tried their cheesecake too, and I have to say, that I prefer cheesecakes from Raw Mantra over Soulgreen. Anyway, this is only my opinion and my experience. ;))

Very nice design, the food is just OK

High class vegan restaurant, the place and the dishes were very nicely decorated (maybe even over decorated... ) . The food was OK but not the best we had in Milan especially with regards to the price.

Cute if you have the Cash

SOULGREEN is a young, hip place with plants hanging from the ceiling and ipads for menus. It's located in the eco-friendly section of Milan and certainly fits into it's surroundings.

The menu is extensive with lots of soups, bowls, salads, juices, desserts, etc. All of them are healthy and all are photogenic. The food itself is nice enough but they definitely focus on looks rather than taste. The dishes are pricy for what you get. If you're visiting Milan for a short amount of time and want something fancy, I'd recommend Joia over SOULGREEN but if you're staying for longer and want somewhere with a hip vibe, SOULGREEN's your place.

Pros: cool vibes, friendly staff, photogenic meals

Cons: average taste, expensive

Good healthy food but over priced

We stumbled across this place as it was within walking distance of our hotel, north of Milan city centre.

After eating lots of pizza and pasta we were delighted to find somewhere focusing on fresh and healthy dishes.

Food was very good, would especially recommend the Mexican bowl.

The interior was well decorated and I got the impression it's very new. The staff could not be faulted and were great at explaining the menu, how to order etc in near perfect English.

However, there are no prices online and we couldn't see a menu displayed outside so we got a bit of shock when we sat down and saw that most of the mains were about 20 euros, with juices costing 10 euros and smoothies 12 euros.

The burgers were a bit cheaper at 15 euros but we went for the Mexican bowl (22 euros) and the Lebanese bowl (20 euros).

We decided to also go for a juice so one drink and two mains set us back 52 euros which made it easily one of the most expensive meals we've had on several trips to various countries in Europe over the last few years.

The food was very good though, undoubtedly freshly made with great flavours. The portion sizes are also generous so we felt full just having a main each and didn't look much at the deserts (you can see the full menu on their website but without prices).

Overall the only let down was the prices. I would recommend Soul Green but with caution as if you are on a tight budget it could be too costly. If you are looking for some healthy vegan food and don't mind splurging then this is a great choice.

Pros: All vegan , Tasty, healthy food , Excellent staff

Cons: Expensive , Not very cental
