Lovely food, would recommend. - Edit
The food was amazing but it was a busy day & they had run out of at least 4 dishes, along with forgetting to bring one of our dishes out. We had to wait a long time but this was to be expected since we didn't have a booking. Would absolutely recommend as the food is amazing.

So much choice on the menu, good mix of food types and all allergies catered for. Portion sizes are good for the prices, lovely staff and central to Finnieston.

We are only passing through Glasgow so this was a great find near our hotel. Staff were so lovely and chatty. Particularly loved the green pea dip and falafel dish, and the ice cream.

Amazing food, lovely service, beautiful outdoor space - Edit
We had walked through half Glasgow to find a pub that was supposed to have great vegan food. Turned out it didn’t serve ANY food. Just two minutes short of starving we found this gem of a place 🥰. I had the burger and the caramel pudding with vanilla icecream, both were amazing! Loved the outdoor seating among the potted plants! Highly recommended ❤️!

Great option if ever in Glasgow - Edit
I visited early on a Thursday afternoon as was looking for a fully vegan place, and was quickly helped by staff and taken to a table. Place was quite spacious, music was pleasant, looked clean, not too busy at that time. The food options all seemed very interesting reading through the menu. I decided to go for the soup of the moment with gluten free bread as a starter and superfood salad bowl as a main. Both were quite flavourful, and felt like a belly hug on a cold rainy day.
Read moreI did not have any dessert, but all offerings sounded delicious. Staff was chatty and friendly, and the whole overall experience was very positive. Great to see many of their options were gluten free too!
Pros: Delicious food (loads of GF options), Fast service and friendly staff, Very reasonably priced

Great plant based meal whilst visiting Glasgow - Edit
Called in for a late lunch whilst visiting Glasgow for a gig. Everything we had was excellent. Dishes we tried included corn & okra fritters, tempura vegetables, an orzo aubergine & tomato bake, a charred broccoli side dish, mushrooms on sourdough, soup, a satay bowl and apple, pear & cinnamon crumble.

We came here on our last day in Glasgow and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we'd just eaten our way through the city for 5 days and had some more flavourful meals in other places, hence only 4 stars. But we would definitely come again.

Best vegan food ever? - Edit
Soul Food Kitchen simply served some of the most amazing vegan food I've ever eaten. Lots of choices, and very decent portions. My Buddha bowl was exquisite, with the flavours really well balanced and nuanced. Had a vegan Snickers for dessert, even though I was stuffed, and it was great too, but would try the cheesecake in future. Can't praise Soul Food Kitchen highly enough- thank you for such a great experience!
