When there is a flagrant disregard of State laws (wearing masks, when Omicron is going nuts and the are under massive threat to be closed down and have no income), and arrogant response to a polite invitation to abide by the law, one has to think what other standards do they disregard. I suggest the senior management of this place talk to staff. The junior staff were professional and polite (although missed one request). The senior staff over the past year seem to have become obsequious so the dining experience has been declining.
