Good vegan selection for good price - Edit
Good choice for vegans available including Kong Poh mushroom set and stir fries like Tom Yam stir fry. Soups like Bean Curd chilli soup, some of the dishes include egg but you can make remarks of what you don't want on the little green order sheet. I go there at least few times a week as it's my back up from own cooking😄Recommended!

Cons: Some dishes a bit bland

It was pretty good - Edit
Came here to have something other than Indian food. Wide selection that's vegan and reasonably priced. I got the pepper noodle soup, it said it was spicy but it wasn't ): there is a chilli soya sauce you can help yourself to and that did make it a bit spicy and added a bit more flavour. I'll admit, the food wasn't overly flavourful but it's not bad. I still enjoyed it (: lots of vegetables and no oil which is a good change.

nothing special - Edit
soup was to spicey for my european tongue. looks good, but foodplate was kind of okay, but not aromatic enough. I cant recommend it and found a very better Inder (Saravanaa Bhavan) close to this. ("Simple Life" told me, he is spicey, but they made it not spicey for us.)

Tastes Healthy - Edit
A few dozen options. The one I tried was sort of like bibimbab but very low in salt. They have a chili soy sauce you can add by the counter. Came with a green soup. That was the best part. Would come again.

Delicious - Edit
We had the Tom Yam and Lei Cha. They were tasty and the latter is a pretty interesting thing to have if you never had it before. The prices were pretty cheap and also convenient to have a veg restaurant in such a popular food court

Good but a bit too expensive - Edit
My dumplings soup was very good. The broth was made with miso and I could choose my noodles. I took the pumpkin ones. All the food looks very healthy with a lot of vegetables and brown rice, but I think it's a bit too expensive for what you get. The portions are not big enough. I think it is the best choice if you are inside KLCC, but not a must-go.

Lack of flavour - Edit
Me and my boyfriend chose two different soups, one tasted like water with curry and the other like water with beans - not great at all. If you do decide to go here, choose something else. Wouldn't recommend it though.

Good tasty food - Edit
Food tasted pretty good for fast food shopping centre cuisine. However service was a little slow, one dish was sat waiting getting cold whilst the other one was being prepared.

Nice selection of vege and vegan food. Vegan not labelled but lots of options and the guy when we went understood vegan and told us which were and weren't. The soy matcha is delicious also!

Shop then Veg - Edit
Malls (and their food courts) are everywhere in KL so I decided to try one to get a break from shopping. This seems to be the only veg option in the vicinity and it holds up to the reviews. The laksa, while too oily for me, was still good. Chatted with an older local couple next to me who had stumbled upon this place, and were really pleased as well.

So Pleased We Stopped to Snack! - Edit
My partner and I were at the Petronas Towers back in August to get our jabs for Thailand when we stumbled up stairs to the foodcourt... So pleased we did! Simple Life is a really cool, cheap, vegan friendly 'stall' selling healthy, fresh, low salt, msg free food.
Read moreThe menu here is huge and they do great daily deals. We ordered the laskas (which we had been craving since we arrived in KL) with a side of popcorn 'chicken' and the laskas were on special offer so we were thrilled! Other reviews have mentioned long waiting times but we waited no more than 5 minutes for ours. The guy in front of us ordered pasta though and his took ages to arrive.
I would definitely recommend this place if you're ever in need of a hearty veggie meal in KL :)
Pros: Good Location , Vegan Food, Daily Deals
Cons: Seating can be tricky

Best Leicha Brown Rice - Edit
When I visited KLCC I usually will patronize Simple Life located in 2nd floor's food court. Their food are healthy style that less oil, less salt, I always like to order their Leicha Brown Rice or dessert, sometimes I like to order their Garden Sushi too.

Tourist attraction and vegetarian food - Edit
Fantastic way of bringing Malaysian vegetarian food to the people. Less choices than in the restaurant since this is a stall in a foodcourt, everything labelled nicely, as to contains egg or is spicy. Not too expensive. Seating can be a problem, because this is in the Petronas Towers and a lot of people go to eat in the "cheap" foodcourt. Easy to get to by monorail.

Vegetarian chain restaurant with vegan options - Edit
The Simple Life outlet in the KLCC food court is one of the few places there that offer some vegan options.
Read moreBe sure to check what they have to offer - I have sometimes received information in other outlets of the chain that were not completely consistent - e.g. "The curry should be vegan, but sometimes they use dairy milk". So make sure to ask in the restaurant that you go to which of their options really are vegan.
Their Nasi Lemak (order WITHOUT EGG, because traditionally, Nasi Lemak also has a half hard-boiled egg), however, is quite nice, and they do offer some other vegan sets.
Prices are ok for the location, though not exactly very cheap.
Pros: Tasty food, Many vegan options, but make sure to ask, OK prices

About time! - Edit
The last time we were in KL, we struggle to find a place to eat so its now to know that there's one at the KLCC as well.

Fresh Asian Flavours - Edit
Great quality food at a great price. Lovely, fresh vegetarian takes on classic asian dishes. The laksa is amazing. The food court is invariably busy but you can normally find a seat. Probably your best veggie option in KLCC

Very convenient. - Edit
So, first day in KL and this was the only place I was sure I could find. It's located in a food court, so the carnivorous partner was able to go get something foul without my complaining about lack of options.
Read moreAs I approached the stand, a particular dish was recommended to me, before I'd even said anything. "Does that contain egg?" "Ah, yes. Sorry. Do you like spicy food?" "Oh yes!" At which point the curry set meal was recommended to me.
It was an interesting combination. A mixed vegetable and tofu curry in classic Malaysian style, accompanied with a delicious brown rice and grains mixture, pickles and a really odd soup. The soup was a delicate one like a very weak konbu dashi, with some pepper. Carrots provided the only substance to it. Odd, but very palate clearing. The curry was substantial, chock full of interesting stuff and nice and spicy. Himself appeared to be eyeing it up jealously.
Pros: Great location, Tasty food, Helpful staff
Cons: Loud environment, Not for a romantic date!
