Super nice, cozy little spot with LOTS of vegan options and treats. The service was great and they really are making a big effort to accommodate their vegan clientele.

really great vegan hot dogs! - Edit
Simon's had some awesome vegan options. We tried their California dog based off a co worker's recommendation & I am so happy we did! I recommend also trying their vegan dessert cookie, so delicious. The owner was there when we ordered & he seemed super nice & told us about a pop up shop they are having, we are going to look into that and so should you!!

Not Your Regular Ol' Hotdogs - Edit
When you hear about a place with hot dogs you think, "Meh. Not that exciting." Especially when you're a vegan. But you won't just find boring hot dogs with ketchup and mustard. So many different toppings that taste delicious. And 99% of their offerings are vegan...or can be made vegan.
Read moreTo top it off everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Definitely check this place out and make sure you get the potato salad and alfajores cookies!
Pros: Vegan Hot dogs, So many vegan options, Super friendly

Delish! - Edit
This place is so cool, they have car seats as seats at their tables and prank videos playing. The food was amazing and even my non veg boyfriend loved his hot dog and fries as well. Not too expensive for a fully vegan meal either!

App Won't Allow 5 Stars But It Deserves It! - Edit
The owners are the nicest people! Plus they have gone out of their way to serve vegans with different types of vegan hot dogs (tofu-based, veggie-based) and you can get them in their various topping styles including vegan chili, vegan cheese, etc.!

Great Colombian Hot Dogs! - Edit
Amazing food, amazing people!!! The perfect place when you are in the mood for a vegan burger or hotdog. The owners really go out of their way to make sure vegans and vegetarians can have almost anything on the menu and will happily answer any questions you have. My favorite is the Cowboy, but they have so many great options, you can't go wrong. The chili they make is divine! Their food is so incredible!!! Oh and try the alfajores for dessert, you won't be sorry. If you want a place to go where everyone will be happy, this is the place! You can't give a 5 star review to a place that isn't vegan or vegetarian on Happycow which I fully understand, but definitely give this place a try.

Best Vegan Hot Dogs in the greater Phoenix area! Worth the drive! - Edit
We were thrilled to have Simon move his Hot Dog business to the PHX area. We originally found him on HappyCow.net while visiting Sedona a few years ago. Enjoyed his Vegan dogs on several occasions there in Sedona and loved every bite! Anxiously awaited his move to Scottsdale, and have not been disappointed in his food. Same delicious vegan dogs on the softest, buns ever. My fav is the Vegan Tokyo Dog with Wasabi vegan mayo and sautéed sweet onions (I hold the nori). Simon is a gracious and welcoming restauranteur and we are delighted to have him in Scottsdale. It's worth the drive from N. Peoria.

Simon's has really good food and is extremely vegan friendly. You have to try the Colombian, it sounds odd but it is really good. They even have vegan cookies for dessert.

Yummy Vegan Hot Dogs! - Edit
The ever popular Simon's Hot Dogs, originally located in Sedona, has finally relocated and opened in Scottsdale, AZ. The location may have changed, but the hot dogs that we love remain delicious.
Read moreThey still offer vegan and vegetarian hot dog options. I got the Colombian, vegan style, which is a vegan hot dog topped with pineapples, crushed potato chips, Simon's sauce, and vegan shredded cheese (the latter of which I omitted). The combination may sound strange but once you've tried it you'll be a fan! The buns are different (I think they had to change hot dog bun vendors after the relocation), but they're still good, just not as soft as the original buns.
The menu has expanded too. Vegan ceviche and vegan salcipapas will be offered! (Note that some things may not be available during the soft opening.) They offer a combo; you can add crispy french fries and a drink for just $2 more.
Prices remain reasonable and the owners are complete sweethearts. You'll feel like family here.
The new location is nestled in Old Town Scottsdale, next door to the Hyatt Place hotel. As of Thursday, 03Dec, they are in a soft opening status from 11am-8pm, everyday except Sunday (although they will close at 5pm on Friday, 04Dec, for a special event), as they train their staff. The grand opening will be Saturday, 12Dec, starting at 11am.
Pros: vegan options!
