Quiet and delicious - Edit
Their chocolate cake was not only the best vegan chocolate cake that I've ever had, this was simply the best chocolate cake that I've ever had.

Quiet Morning with Cake and a Smoothie - Edit
A great spot to hit after exploring the kitchen supply district looking for souvenir knives.
Read moreMultiple cake and muffin options, plus a few smoothies. Rainbow cake was super cute and tasty too. Portion size was perfect. Smoothie was fresh and simple with just blueberries and soy milk.

Cute place with delicious cakes - Edit
We had a rainbow cake and a seasonal cake, Mont blanc, and they were all good. Their cakes were moist and just right amount of sweetness. Great for a treat.

Vegan sweet treat! - Edit
In this tucked away little shop, you can find vegan treats. While the price may be somewhat steep to some, it is a great place for vegan cake. Their famous rainbow cake is delicious and not too greasy. You can taste the different flavors of the layers. The seasonal chestnut cake was also super delicious! Recommended!

Delicious Cakes - Edit
We tried the Mont Blanc and Rainbow cakes. They were good, especially the rainbow cake; I can taste the matcha from the green layer of the cake. I just wish that the label on top of the cake was edible. We also ordered a large strawberry smoothie and it was good; it wasn’t too sweet. As others said, the place was a bit small and uncomfortable. I think it’s better to have the cakes to-go and eat it at the hotel.

Not good - Edit
I had the pizza here and honestly it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Portion size was tiny and it tasted like a soggy microwave meal. I can see from the review that people speak highly of the cake but I didn’t try this. Avoid pizza if you come here. The place is quite small, loud and uncomfortable, avoid if you have anxiety.

Best cake of my life, fine other foods - Edit
Went here twice when staying in the area. The first time we got the mont blanc cake and it was the best cake I have ever eaten.
Read moreThe second time we went we got the same cake (best ever eaten still), the rainbow cake they are known for (lacking and underwhelming) and two different burgers (lacking and underwhemling). I would give 5 stars for the mont blanc cake and would make a crosstown visit for another, but the rest of the food was just mediocre. We did not try the steamed buns unfortunately as we were too full after our burgers and cakes, but they do look good.
Lovely spot (albeit small) and lovely service.

Delicious matcha mousse cake - Edit
I love this little hidden gem. The decor is great and the whole cafe feels very welcoming and cute. I loved the matcha mousse cake. The cake itself had a great texture to start with. Nice crumble cake bottom and layered matcha mousse not buttery just delicious and not too sweet. I also had a delicious matcha latte. I ordered a large hot matcha. The size was good and the taste was great as well. Normal is soy milk, but you can change to oat or almond for extra charge. But unfortunately the hot drink was not hot…
Read moreI have two complaints. The cake pieces could be bigger. The size is quite small! The matcha was lukewarm. I had to drink it in one bit or it would have been cold. Please serve hot drinks when ordering hot. I will still leave 5 stars but hope that they will make the drinks hot in the future!
Pros: Vegan , Gluten-free , Delicious
Cons: Drink was not hot, Small pieces of mousse cake

Very cute cafe - Edit
The staff is super friendly, the space was a bit full when I came so it was busy and there were no places to sit, but I got a takeaway oat matcha latte that was very good! You get a discount if you bring your own tumbler~ they also have burgers and cake.

So perfect. - Edit
A little hidden but right when we stepped in, it felt warm and welcoming. A cozy little cafe, we ordered two full sets with the Genki and Yuki burgers, avocado and blueberry smoothies, and rainbow and chocolate cakes. All delicious, highly recommend stopping here to treat yourself. Seemed to be fair pricing for what we got😄

thanks for your review so much!!
Read more“switch to plant milk for 100 yen extra” means that you can switch to other plant-based milk such as almond or oat. And it is soymilk if there is no change. ; )

The extra fee is when you want other milk than soy. Soy milk is default and extra if you choose oat etc

Delicious burger - Edit
Great burger! Bun was toasted and crunchy but not dry at all. I had the Haru burger as per staff recommendation and it was much more interesting than than the normal faux meat patties we are seeing more of these days. I believe they use a type of Japanese tofu skin called Yuba, would recommend for something different.

This time, I had the "Haru Burger" that contains yuba (tofu skin), a cafe latte, and its signature menu, a rainbow cake. Both the "Haru Burger" and the rainbow cake were delicious. The combination of yuba and ketchup in the Haru Burger was like scrambled eggs, so it was good. The rainbow cake was slightly sweet and each colored part tasted different, but I honestly couldn't tell much of a difference except for the green part (Matcha tea flavor). The latte was delicious.
They sell not only cakes but also other foods like Naturli' vegan "Spreadable", vegan butter, vegan furikake (dried sprinkled for rice), vegan squid sashimi, etc. Also they have a guide book "Vegan Restaurant Guide" by Japan Vegan Society, which looks interesting.
(P.S.) It's pretty cozy, so I've been here many times. The chocolate mousse cake and taro cake are both delicious.

Even though the smoked soy "nuggets" in the yuki-burger could taste better, I thought the genki-burger was on point, simple but delicious with a chewy bread that was crunchy on the outside (yum!)
Read moreThe "cheese" tea and rainbow cake are absolutely delicious -- the cake is super moist, and the coloring doesn't leave any disgusting aftertaste like I feared -- but they taste strongly like soy. Personally, I love tofu and soy milk, but if someone doesn't, they may not appreciate this.
While I was there, a group of Chinese girls dressed in kimonos came by, took the small table by the counter and started having the cutest conversation with the owner. The whole experience was super wholesome and welcoming!
Pros: Quiet neighborhood, Cozy, Delicious
Cons: Small place, Not many options in the menu
