Coffee and pastry - Edit
I stopped by here for a coffee and bought a pastry made with cinnamon and chocolate which was delicious. I had a nice little chat about veganism with the owner who was a really nice guy.

Great coffee, great vibes. - Edit
Vegan, fair, mostly organic. First and only vegan Franzbrötchen in town.
Read more💰on par w/ other specialty ☕️ shops that are neither vegan nor organic. Freshly cooked lunch for €6. Totally biased, because I work here 😊

Very special - Edit
Not only do they have vegan croissants, but they serve them as savory 'sandwiches'. I had one with hummus, edamame and tomatoes. It was amazing. The chocolate 'Franzbrötchen' (a pastry with cinnamon, actually a specialty from northern Germany) was no less awesome.

Even more praise: They serve coffee from Rösterei Vier, a roaster in Düsseldorf with great direct trade relationships.
Pros: Amazing vegan pastries, Great coffee, Super nice staff

Tolle Auswahl - freundlicher Service - Edit
Breite Auswahl unterschiedlicher Kaffeekreationen.

Coffee & sweets - Edit
The coffee was very nice a lot of flavours you can put inside. Also the sweets were on point. But the sandwiches we got were very expensive for the quality. 5.10 for a dry baguette with a few edamame beans & basic hummus nothing else. Coffee & cakes yes very nice but lunch or breakfast never again.

Mein liebster Coffee Shop in Trier - Edit
