Good china fast-food! - Edit
Quit big restaurant with all the buffé vegan except some deserts. I really enjoyed the big spring rolls and the vegan desert cake. You get a lot for your money!

I used to eat here every day for a week, occasionally 2x a day when I was busking. They have DELICIOUS food, a REALLY sweet staff, and while I definitely wouldnt lose weight eating it (especially in the quantities I ate in order to only eat once, and save more money), I always enjoy every bite.

AND they have my favorites: vegan pork, and Eggplant.

Vegan and vegetarian Chinese buffet - Edit
Several different seitan and tofu dishes in buffet, along with noodle and rice dishes. Could use more vegetable dishes in the buffet, and more flavoring. I've been to many places like this in various countries, and this one is okay - not great, but okay. That said, it is affordable and easy to get to, and a good place for a vegan fuel-up (particularly in the tofu department) while in Madrid.

Un bufet increíble, todo vegetariano y muy rico. En mi opinión fallan un poco los postres pero hay alguna opción vegana. Es el único bufet asiático 100% vegetariano de Madrid, merece la pena probarlo.

The food seemed to be sitting out for a very long time (film formed on top some of the dishes). It was very very salted and lacked other flavor. I ended up not even getting a second plate.

Es el mejor sitio del mundo, todo delicioso y un precio totalmente razonable para comer todo lo que puedas, el paraiso para cualquier tragona pobre como yo, así si merece la pena salir fuera a comer. Todo delicioso a mi parecer, lo único mejorable podría ser que hubiera más postres veganos ya que prácticamente todos son vegetarianos.

I had never eaten at an all you can eat vegetarian (basically vegan) buffet before so this place was great. Definitely go on an empty stomach to get your moneys worth. I like the fact that you can try a bit of anything on your plate and go back for more as much as you want. Everything I tried was delicious, the only thing I didn’t really like was the sushi because the rice was a bit gluey. Ice cream at the end was yummmm. Also they charge you for a bottle of water (even if you don’t want it) if you get the buffet so ends up being 13.50 euros. But all in all I will probably be back for some yummy Asian food.

Really great to find a place with a variety of vegan options. No labels on the main dishes so wasn’t clear what the food was or whether it was vegan but the staff were knowledgeable and advised all except some desserts were vegan. Unfortunately the quality of the food let it down a little and was as you might expect from a buffet style restaurant (not very hot).

Tiene un buen surtido de platos que no está nada mal elaborado, entre ellos hay: ensaladas de algas, dos variedades de sushi, sopa, arroces, tallarines… El servicio es correcto y amable.

We took a long time to try this restaurant, because 1) it is labeled as vegetarian, not vegan, and 2) the façade isn't very welcoming. It was a mistake. First of all: 99.9% of the dishes are vegan! (everything but one cake). It is an all-you-can-eat buffet for 10,95€, and every single dish we tried was just AMAZING. So much flavor! Such great quality of ingredients! We took two huge plates even though we were almost full after the first one, just because it was so good. The staff is helpful and knows perfectly what isn't vegan (again, just one cake out of many, many different dishes). We are fans of Asian cuisine, so we will definitely return many, many times in the future. Best surprise of 2021 for us.

The food at Shishang is amazing. Mostly everything is vegan. I have been there many times, except yesterday (Monday) I went thinking it was open (as it says on Happy Cow) and it was closed with a sign saying “closed on Mondays and Tuesdays”.

Fui con algunos amigos que no eran veganos y alucinaron que fuese vegano. Yo incluida, pese a estar más acostumbrada a estas cosas y a conocer la legumbreta o soja texturizada.
Está muy bien cocinado y rico el sabor y texturas.

Soursweet no-pork and 3 delice rice are really good.
For 10 to 12 euro you can eat all as you can.

Si tienes antojo de comida china este es tu sitio, los sabores se parecen mucho a los chinos occidentales tradicionales. El buffet tiene mucha variedad, el lugar es muy espacioso y los precios muy bien. El trato muy amable. Muy recomendable!!

The all you can eat buffet costs only 10€ and offers only vegan main dishes and vegan/vegetarian desserts. The food was super tasty and in total does the restaurant offer a great variety. However, it would be nice if they would go full vegan and had more vegan desserts.
