Great, amazing, fantastic food. Highly recommend for vegans and omnivores. Even my mother who hates vegan food loved the food here. We returned twice. Both times the food was good, high quality and the service was excellent. Eat here!

We have been eating here for years. The recent transition to all vegan has been a welcome change.
Read moreParking is generally easy as the restaurant is located in a strip mall.
During covid we order over the phone and the staff bring out the food. Generally this is easy and fast.
Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating.
All of the items are good, but here are a couple that stand out to us.
Sautéed kale: probably my favorite thing here, I love it and I never really had it before having it here.
Rueben: they really know how to cook tempeh, perfect texture and great taste.
We haven't gotten a chance to try all of the new items but look forward to it.

We showed up hungry and were not disappointed We started with the cashew queso, an order of their homemade potato chips with a chipotle sauce and the plantains with a jerk sauce.
Read moreThe chips were cooked perfectly, double cooked and crisp. Our waiter mentioned if a chip happened to fall into the queso, it wouldn't be a terrible thing. He was right. Those were gone quick. The plantains dipped in the Caribbean jerk sauce was a great combination.
For the meal, I got the lentil cheeseburger. This was their take on a classic cheeseburger but made with lentils. They nailed it. The grilled roll with the taste of mustard, katshup and cheese just made it delightful. If I didn't already eat two appetizers and most of what my girl ordered, I would get another .
The missus ordered the nachos . It was a mountain. The cheese sauce was fantastic and she would recommend them. Especially if you are hungry .
Overall great experience .

Ordered the vegan Reuben with Slaw and the Chipotle Avocado Lentil Burger with Fries. Wow, wow, wow was this food good! Friendly staff and tasty food for a great value. This restaurant is definitely worth going to.

The sandwich: the bread was perfectly toasted. The sprouts were crunchy, and the tempeh was perfectly cooked. The flavors were amazing - the kimchi was just a tad spicy and it made the sandwich.
The cucumbers were not too salty / vinegar’y. They were great.
The brownie?! Are you kidding me?! Amazing.
Perfect sized portions. Good prices.
And the people couldn’t have been nicer.
I will come back here as often as possible. Thank you, Happy Cow community for putting this on the map. So glad I tried it while in Wilmington.

First time going here and it is the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Reuben! Nachos were great. Chipotle Lentil melt is to die for and portobello burger is super good!!

Finally! Food near the coast. - Edit
We were so excited to find a place near the beach where we could have a meal out. The service was great and the food was terrific. Even though there was only two tables outside to eat they were very accommodating for take out service. We happened to score a 2-top and enjoyed our meal al fresco. This Sat in October the restaurant was busy, which is great since they had just opened in March 2020. We had the lentil burger and pita wrap, with fries and plantains. Yum.

This place is absolutely incredible. The food is wonderful and the staff is so friendly - you will love supporting this establishment. Recently opened back up under new management, it’s somewhere you have to go if you’re looking for vegan food in the area.

More than vegan: sustainability - Edit
I ate here today and it’s always so nice to have a full menu where all the options are vegan! I think they’ve just opened back up so I think they’re working on supply/demand stuff: they were out of what I originally ordered. I would have given less stars, but the food I ended up getting was good (nothing super special) but what really made me want to support this business came from overhearing the conversation between the owner and some other customers: the owner came out to meet them at their request, and I overheard that they compost all their food scraps!! They try not to print receipts, and it’s really clear that they try to be as sustainable as possible and eco-friendly. I’m always always one to support businesses that work like this; it’s hard but it’s the way of the future. Honestly I think they should promote that aspect of their business a lot more. Definitely worth giving the food here a try and telling your friends. The flavors are pretty spot on, but the presentation could definitely use some work, vegan places tend to have to work harder than regular restaurants in this regard to appeal to a greater population. However, I will 100% try to make my way back any time I’m in the area!!

This place has some very odd hours so it can be hard to find a time to get to...that being said it has so many good vegan options! One of the few places in Wilmington that actually caters to vegetarians and vegans. Would highly recommend for everyone! (Happy cow categorizes sea level as only having vege options, but it’s actually more like 80% vegetarian/vegan and 20% fish/meat dishes, so in my mind is mostly a vegetarian place)

Best Vegan Reuben EVER!! - Edit
This place could easily be missed with the strip mall vibe...BUT, don’t judge a book by its cover! This place is my go to place when wanting an AWESOME Vegan entree! I have regular cravings for their Reuben...you don’t even have to be Vegan to Love it! I highly recommend this diamond in the rough...you won’t be disappointed!! Make sure you get a cookie to go...oh wow!!

THIS PLACE IS SO GREAT! I have been coming here for about a year now. My favorite meal there is the vegan cheeseburger. The cheese actually tastes like real cheese! No really! And pretty much everything on the menu can be made vegan. They have vegan mayo, cheese, lentil patties (better than regular bean patties), queso, and so much more. Love this place! Please give the vegan cheeseburger a try!

This place was awesome. It was reasonable priced, and the food was great. I took my non-vegan boyfriend and he loved it. My only complaint was that the veggie dogs were store bought so they weren’t the best. Everything else was great!
