Yes, it is the best - Edit
In my 8 vegan years with lots of traveling this is the first fully-vegan pizza place and I felt like in paradise, thin, crunchy crust, some taste (I have pieces with no veggies so all taste had to come from the fake cheese and some condiments) and even the vegan cheese was creamy. Would come back every week if I lived in the state.

Def cute spot can fit plenty of vegans in one spot. Pizza is great they have heros wings calzone is good. Hands down favorite vegan pizza place ever been to. Cool vibe in there.

The place looks great, the location is also great. It’s vegan, amazing and I’m so happy that there are places like this one! The problem is, that it doesn’t taste great at all. The pizzas were very dry, lacking flavor, oily and just felt like an unhealthy pizza. I ordered four slices, so trust me I got to taste most other menu. I just wish they spent more time trying their own food. They should make it more juicy, more ingredients quantity, less oil and less pre-cooking (so that it doesn’t get dry when it’s cooked to be served).

So happy that I got a chance to come here and have the authentic NY pizza experience. The selection is large and always changing, depending what they have coming out of the oven. The prices are good - it was nice to get a lunch for two for less than $20 for a change! It’s also nice that I was able to try more than one flavor. The slices were delicious, the vegan cheese used tasted good.

All the food we tried was crazy good, and so was the service. We tried 3 slices: the vampire, artichoke, and buffalo. We also tried the wings, half buffalo/bbq. I highly recommend the amazing vampire slice and the bbq sauced wings. This place is seriously a little piece of heaven. What a time to be alive.

This place is amazing. I tried their vegan Pepperoni, the screamer, spicey cauliflower buffalo and the jackfruit pizza. OMG! It was so good that I went to the other location at Greenpoint Avenue. The hosts of both places are friendly and sweet. I would definitely recommend Screamers even if you are not a vegan, you will love it. #keepanimaloffyourplate

Screamers is probably one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. The atmosphere is great, the walls are plastered with vapor wave art and vegan stickers. And the pizza is great. Like, it’s the closest analog of non-vegan pizza I’ve ever had. A great variety of toppings, including veggiez, different kinds of cheezes and different ‘meats’. The mushroom and susage was my favorite. Still really want to try the pepperoni, too, but they don’t tell it by the slice.

Tried 5 different slices during my visit to New York - buffalo cauliflower, artichoke, mac & cheese, curly fries and the screamer (mushroom pizza).

The curly fries were actually nice and crunchy, not like you'd expect from a place with ready made pizza slices, so was very impressed.
Huge slices, especially for someone who isn't used to New York pizza, so you get your money's worth.
Can't wait to return again in future.

Some of the best vegan pizza I have ever had. I had the buffalo cauliflower which was AMAZING, and the fancy kale which was good too. The buffalo was perfect, I wish I would have ordered a whole pie. The kale was pretty good, but I wished it would have had mode pesto on it or my slice was over cooked.

I have eaten screamers multiple times and they are so creative and delicious. The Mac and cheese pizza was so good and the fried zone was indulgent, but exciting and tasty. Every slice we’ve ever had has been good.

Just as we move away from the area my favorite vegan pizza spot comes to Crown Heights. It’s a bigger space and the food is better than ever! So many selections with sandwiches, sides, and legendary chikn wings. Plus they take card as well. Hell yeah, keep up the good work!
