Vegan food in lovely setting

Enthusiastic and thoughtful owners offer interesting vegan food, cakes, cookies...I had French toast which was really good...offered with option of soy yogurt or coconut cream.

Bowls made from Palm, cups and cutlery from corn starch mean there is as little impact on environment as possible..

They are still serving dairy milk but hope to go 100% vegan soon.

Easy to get to from brick lane...an interesting 15 minute walk passing by Bethnal green market and museum of childhood.

Pros: All vegan food and several plant milks on offer, Eco friendly, Reasonable prices

interesting new place

The Italians are making their passion for food felt in the vegan scene of London at last! Picky Wops in the west, Piadina Genuina in Hackney and now this place in Bethnal Green right next to the Fab Bus!
They have a limited menu that changes everyday and each week, but I think Fridays will always have Pizza as an option. The food is fresh, the service friendly and the location interesting. A little tricky to find so I posted a boring photo of the entrance from the Oval road just off Hackney Road. We,ll be back!

Pros: good tasty fresh food, friendly and keen service, inexpensive

Cons: limited options, limited space

thank you Jon for your feedback, we are building a space next door for customers to relax in, so make sure you check that out when you are next here. Everything is freshly made here, so to avoid waste and keep up the quality we are developing items as our customer base grows, let us know if you have suggestions to add to the menu. Yes, Pizza is every Friday.

Cute cafe

A fairly new cafe run by a very friendly couple :) We had a delicious avocado on toast, a very fresh salad bowl and two tasty juices. There is a nice outside area to sit and relax in the sun. We will be back to try the pizza next!

Cute little cafe

As other reviewers have mentioned it is a little difficult to find but when you do it is a lovely little space tucked away from the road. Seating is outside and I enjoyed my lunch sitting in the sunshine. They are currently converting the area next door so there will be inside seating in the future.
Service was friendly and the food tasty. I had lasagne and salad but the menu varies so check their social media to see what is on offer that day. The also serve coffees/teas and juices (mix and match you own flavours) plus cakes/cookies which are all home made.

Pros: Tasty home made vegan food, Friendly service , Nice outdoor space

Cons: Not easy to find (but worth it when you do)

Delicious food and good coffee

Been to Sazzy & Fran's place a few times now as I work nearby. I've had several of their lunches, which have all been really tasty and decent value. In particular I recommend the current Thursday & Friday offerings - the tofu/rice/avo bowl and the excellent thin crust Sicilian-style pizza.

Highly recommend stopping by! If you're having trouble finding the place, it's in the Gossamer City project which is a mini-office rental complex. From Hackney Rd either walk under the arch next to Hackney Cycles, or otherwise turn off Hackney Rd onto "the Oval" rd and then look for a big gate on the right.

Pros: Really nice homemade food and coffee, Good value, Friendly

Cons: A little tricky to find

Great little cafe with healthy homemade food

This tiny cafe is located in a new complex of shipping containers just off Hackney Road. Don't let their diminutive size put you off though, their food is delicious, light and healthy and very tasty. I tried their tofu, green veg and brown rice salad bowl followed by a carrot-cake chocolate muffin. I found both to be stasfyingly filling and good value. The owners are very friendly and make all of their food. As they get more established they will be adding more choices to their daily menu. I look forward to going back soon.

Pros: Tasty, heathy food, Good value

Cons: Still getting established
