It's a gorgeous restaurant in a quiet street near the Sveti Aleksandar Nevski.

It's a buffet-style restaurant but you pay depending on how much you eat (not a closed price), they weigh your plate and that's what defines the price.
It's a bit pricey for Sofia standards, but I would say it's worth it.

i love buffet style restaurants cause you get to try most of the food in one go, and this place is gorgeous, its on a surprisingly quiet street even though its right next to a major boulevard and the food is very flavorful and tasty

Really tasty Indian style fusion vegan food - Edit
I had a really good experience with my meal here. The Indian style chickpea curry was good but the marinated cauliflower was exceptionally good! The only downside was that it felt quite expensive for the amount of food.

Buffet style with lots of clearly-labelled vegan options. Everything I tasted was delicious and bursting with flavour. Nice atmosphere inside. Really glad to have stumbled across this place during my short stay in Sofia.

The food is mostly good and mostly vegan. Although as a regular I'm sometimes disappointed, maybe they rotate cooks and most are good but some not so much.
Read morePrices are pretty high for what you get. I guess that's what you get when you have a big (mostly) vegan restaurant in the city center - but the food is still expensive for what it is.

The food at Satsanga (although sadly not 100% vegan) is super delicious and wholesome. It's a pay by weight concept and really easy to navigate as all vegan dishes are clearly marked as such.

Amazing food, always different and delicious. I personally love buffet type of restaurants and we don’t have enough of those in Sofia. The staff is super friendly, the place is cozy and at a central location. And the food is there, just waiting for you! Go!

We enjoyed the buffet here. It’s mostly Indian style food, and the selections were different each night. You pay per the gram of food that you put on your plate. Very affordable. They have bottles of Kombucha (I believe it was a polish brand). From the 3 times I went, I don’t remember seeing raw vegetables (like a salad) rather it was all cooked vegetables, like in curries, roasted veggies, etc. I loved this buffet, that you can try a lot of things, and also can choose how much you want to eat (based on how hungry you are). The space has a nice atmosphere.

We are really sorry to hear that you couldn't find any raw veggies and salads. Every day we have at least 3 different salads which you can see on the left side - the cold buffet. Schönes Restaurant, nettes Personal und leckeres Essen. Fast alles war vegan. Nicht ganz günstig, aber im Vergleich mit den anderen veganen Optionen in Sofia in Ordnung. Wenn ich die Wahl zwischen dem Satsanga und dem Kring-Center (ebenfalls Buffet nach Gewicht zu einem ähnlichen Preis) hätte, würde ich jederzeit das Satsanga wählen.
