Bakery with vegan pastery

I actually chose my hotel to be close to this bakery which opens at 07 (in Spain!!😲) to be able to buy some vegan goods to a conference I was attending. I tried the chocolate doughnuts and the chocolate croissants and both were great!! I went here every morning so that the lady in the morning recognized me haha.

Ridiculously good prices by the way

Pros: Amazing chocolate croissants, Inexpensive, Open 07-21!

Amazing croissants!!

The best vegan croissants I’ve had! I tired a marmalade, jam and chocolate. A must try in Barcelona!

Amazing pastries in a neighbourhood bakery

I really loved that this is and has the feel of a neighbourhood bakery, not trying to appeal to tourists with any fancy decor or anything. Yet there is a great selection of *vegan* pastries, donuts and pasties! I like that it gave me a feeling of 'being normal' for once!! We had two different veg pasties (both small but tasty), choc croissant (delicious) and two different other pastries - one like an apple strudel, the other chocolate. I could not believe either were vegan due to the buttery pastry and rich taste but they were! We paid €6 for 2 pasties and 2 pastries which I think is very good value. The lady serving was helpful and friendly in a kind of 'bad mood' way - like that was just her personality rather than being annoyed by you as a customer so we didn't mind that at all.

Pros: lots of vegan pastries, tasty pastries, helpful server

Cons: none

Very good vegan croissants & pastries

Various options at a reasonnable price 😊 my favourite is the vegan sobrasada croissant!

One of the worker is vegan and very nice 😊

It is just a shame they do not dedicate/indicate with a vegan sign where the vegan options one because it can be quite confusing to distinguish vegan from non-vegan options at first site!

Pros: Various options, Typical catalan pastries, Reasonnable price

Cons: No indication of where the vegan options are

good croissant

I tried the albaricoque croissant and it very worth it. There is quite a few options for a tradition bakery, which I loved ! The lady that helped was also very kind and willing to help.

Yummy vegan options!

We came near to closing so the vegan options were a little limited. I got a delicious strudel thing and a chocolate dipped palmiera. Absolutely ask as some things are sometimes vegan and sometimes not, but what we had was excellent!

The main lady (owner?) was super friendly and described which items were vegan. She said to call ahead if we ever wanted vegan croissants or fun animal shaped breads and she would put some aside for us so I recommend that if you are coming for croissant. Unfortunately it was our last day in Barcelona so we didn't get to try them.

Lots of the bread is vegan too.

Pros: Vegan options, Friendly helpful staff, Fun treats

Cons: Not all vegan

Vegan pastries for non-vegan prices!

The vegan doughnuts are to die for, you'd have no idea there was any difference in the ingredients. Icing sugar or chocolate toppings. The croissants are quality too!

Pros: very reasonably priced , friendly staff

Vegan Croissants!

Very tasty and reasonably priced vegan croissants. Nice little cafe in a lovey area with lots of other cafes and bodegas. Quite a bohemian region of the city with a great choice of vegan/vegetarian offerings.

€1.70 per croissant. Different flavours available, but we all had Chocolate (stuffed and glazed).

Pros: Vegan Croissants!, Nice staff, Lovely area
