Lovely outdoor seating and chilled atmosphere. Food was amazing - loads of options and really big portions!! Definitely recommend going to this place if you're in the area!

a lot of options! - Edit
You get a menu (in German with English discriptions) and a booklet with pictures of all the dishes to help you make up your mind because they have A LOT of options! Mostly vegan, some vegetarian, but it is all very clear what every dish is.
Read moreOutside you sometimes smelled the sewer so now and then a sewer-fume came by (wasn't very nice whilst eating). Despite of that almost everyone sat outside.
The gentleman/waiter was very nice and kind, the woman was very hasty and not so friendly.
Because of the many options and the okay taste and the fact that you get large portions: 3 stars. But when I'm in Berlin again, I rather go for another restaurant than this one again
Pros: many options, pictures of the dishes, menu also in English
Cons: small terrace outside (right next to the sidewalk), sewer smell, unclear if you can pay by pin (we paid with cash)

Nice South Asian food - Edit
This place offers a large selection of food from Thailand and South East Asia, made vegan and vegetarian. Most of the menu is vegan and some vegetarian dishes may be made vegan. We shared a large dish of mixed appetisers (faux meat was really great), and then we had a large bowl with rice noodles, topped with tofu, soy meat, courgettes, mushrooms, bamboo sauce and peanuts, and seasoned with a nice, tangy lemongrass sauce. Eating in the veranda is a great way to enjoy this place.

Great central restaurant - Edit
If you want vegan or vegetarian food in the centre of Berlin then this is the place for you. It has an extensive menu, mostly vegan and what isn’t listed as vegan can be made vegan.

Lovely little restaurant - Edit
Lovely little place, the staff were very friendly and kind. Very large menu. Almost all things on the menu were vegan and those that weren't could be made vegan on request. I would strongly recommend the spring rolls!

Food is not bad - $2 for a small glass of water - Edit
Food wasn’t bad at all but the fact they charge you 1.90€ for a small juice sized glass of mineral water (charged again for each refill) tells me this is a money-making business. No prices on the menu so your bill will be a mystery until the final act.

good food and portions, okay service - Edit
Lots to choose from with a picture menu too - tonnes of vegan and gf options, and good that it is in the area it is, which has little else to choose from for dietary requirements.
Read moreAtmosphere was okay for such a large place but the service could have certainly been better. The price was a bit steep but it is tourist central.
The food came in large portions and was tasty. They charge for tap water which is a huge no no for me
Pros: good food, location
Cons: charge for tap water, service , expensive

Excellent Asian food if a little pricey - Edit
The food here is excellent, although the service can be a hit-and-miss - we went at lunchtime and waited ages for a waitress to take our order; however the food came quickly and was delicious. We've eaten here twice so far and would recommend it. It is a little pricier than other Asian restaurants we've found here in Berlin, but then it is right in the centre of tourist area, just one block from the Brandenburg gate and Berlin Mall.

Meh - Edit
Something about Asian food places tends to not be satisfying to me, vegan or not. It was definitely good vegan food but I wasn't in love with it. I got the thin "pancake" dish and some other things.

fantastic vegan noodle dishes - Edit
Had a great meal here; not expensive for a capital city. We had noodles and veg in a spicy soup, mine with tofu, my daughter had crispy fried noodles. All great. To drink we had a pot of green tea. Best value for money and heart-warming meal had in the city.

Nice but overpriced - Edit
The restaurant was nice, the food was generally okay. It's just overpriced to what we've got. I think you can have better food in this price.

Very Tasty South-Asian Food - Edit
Really enjoyed the Thai/Vietnamese food at Samadhi, it was very good quality. There was also a good selection of drinks, including non-alcoholic beer options.
