$ Meh $ - Edit
Oops! We looked at the number of reviews instead of the quality. Food was boring, service was mediocre (at best) and the experience was EXPENSIVE. Our lunch bill was € 40 for water, one salad and two pad thais. Not impressed.

decent option - Edit
This is a perfectly decent place, but nothing exceptional. If you're in the area and looking for veg, and tasting East Asian food, this is pretty decent: you'll be handed a giant menu of photographs and get to pick from numerous options. The owner/staff were solicitous and pleasant (a bit overly so: when I walked in, they rushed to inform me it wasn't an Indian restaurant, as if they were expecting me to immediately turn around and leave).

It was fine. Nothing really noteworthy. I ordered yellow curry and my daughter ordered pad Thai.

Lovely food but service was rude - Edit
Walked in and menus were dumped into my arms before I had gotten to my table.
Read moreThe service was just very unpleasant and unprofessional the whole experience. It was almost as if she was annoyed that we were there.
However the food was lovely and very good for your non vegan friends.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Picture menu
Cons: Really poor quality service

Nice surprise - Edit
After a day at the Berlin Zoo and a visit to the Holocaust memorial my partner and I were looking for somewhere to go for a vegan meal and after some unsuccessful searching of the nearby area we found this lovely venue. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The only thing I would say that could be improved is it was very, very quiet, they did put some background music on halfway through but before they it felt almost rude to talk to my partner as it was so silent.

Bland food, robotic service - Edit
Following the good reviews here on Happy Cow we went for lunch on Sunday.
Read moreWe ordered two pad thais, one vegan and one vegetarian, as well as a papaya salad.
All of the dishes were incredibly bland and the waitress hardly made eye contact, no smile.
I cannot recommend this place at all. Don‘t go!

Happy surprise - Edit
When you look at the Samadhi menu, you don't expect great food. It's one of those restaurants that offers pages and pages of dishes, from Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan. As it turned out, we had a beautifully prepared meal of Singapore Noodles and Congee. And it arrived in record time. Well worth a visit.

Lush - Edit
I had a vegan pad Thai, super easy to order vegan, the waitress asked if I wanted it vegan before I even started to ask. It was yummy, a very big portion and the menu had so many options it was hard to choose! I got the pad Thai and a Diet Coke and altogether it came to €15 which I think is pretty good! The food was also really fresh and was quick to come out. Would defiantly recommend.

Delicious - Edit
I had number 36 and it was delicious and filling (it was a lemongrass soup thing). Super Fast service, like our meals were out before I figured out how to connect to wifi fast (although we came at an off peak time and were the only customers!) Highly recommend. Prices around 10-12 euro for a main dish.

We ordered 3 dishes to share and struggled to finish. Main dishes are generally over €10 but you get plenty of tasty food for your money. Staff very pleasant.

Good food - Edit
This place serves very good food. There was a slight misunderstanding on one dish, we ordered the pad Thai, was unsure if it came with egg so asked for it without, but it came with! Weird ambiance, we had a whole room to the 6 of us out of them main room but over all very good food and would recommend.

Charged for tap water - Edit
Overpriced and disappointing. They charge over €6 for 2 spring rolls (starter) The cold noodle salad dish was very mediocre, soggy, vinegary, and not very large- about €7. And they charged €1.50 for a small glass of tap water. Disappointed with my experience here.

Very limited accomodation for gluten free - Edit
We ate here and the food was fine for most of our group, but there are very limited gluten free options and the gluten free food had no taste. We found that the solution to making meals gluten free is to remove soy sauce and any other prepared sauces that had soy sauce, with only salt and sugar offered as “spices”. This might account for the few comments below about food not having any taste.
Pros: All vegetarian with many vegan options
Cons: Not a good choice for gluten free

Disappointing - Edit
My Thai curry needed more flavour so I kept adding soy sauce, and my husband’s, although tasty, had old aubergine.

Good food - Edit
They call themselves "vegan restaurant" but be careful, though most of the dishes are vegan, some are not (but I found it was clearly mentioned). The menu is huge and you have a small book with the pictures of all the dishes to help you. We had some crispy corn starter that was perfectly cooked and spiced. Then we tried two different dishes based on vegetables and tofu. The portions are really big (I couldn't finish my rice though I always try to finish my plate) and the seasonig was fine.

so and so - Edit
I had lunch at Samadhi and had the algae salad and the rice noodles with spring rolls. The salad was watery and not particularly rich. The noodles were good, but unfortunately the soy sauce was spicy and I don't particularly enjoy spicy food... maybe I didn't order the right dishes, but Samadhi didn't make me want to go back. Three stars from me!

Disappointing. - Edit
Came here for dinner, the menu is very confusing, some pages state most things can be made vegan and then have a V next to the items that are vegan and some pages say [non vegan] next to them, could make such a easier system. I was very scared to order something incase i got something not vegan. I asked the staff but no one could understand me so I ordered one of the items that said vegan next to it.
Read moreIt was called Gebratener Curryreis, and boy was it tasteless. Rice with vegetables and tofu. it just tasted like plain rice, I added a ton of chilli sauce that was sitting on the table (I finished the jar).
The restaurant was completely empty with just me in a very large space, The staff sat on the table next to me talking very loudly my entire meal.
I would avoid here because there is a high chance of vegans getting non vegan meals and it was a very dull experience.

Great food, central location - Edit
