Update: the original Rosehip Bistro almost completely changed their menu with a focus on kebabs, gyros and bowls. So far we’ve tried no chicken 🐔 kebab and classic gyros. The latter was the better of the two and actually quite tasty. I would probably have it again at some point.
Read moreThis is one of the best vegan places in town. They have delicious buddha bowls, tasty burgers, pretty much everything that hipsters like. But on the serious note the food is really good. I’d love to see more stir fry kind of foods with tofu and tempeh. Also, make sure that you try their cold beetroot soup - amazing, much better than the traditional one. They now have weekends brunches with new dishes so I’m looking forward to trying them. Keep up the good work!
Update: just tried their tofu benedict from their weekend vegan brunch menu. It was delicious!

Fulfilling plant-based options - Edit
This is the other restaurant of the Rose Hip company. A bit smaller than the other, but that was not a problem today. I was happy with the bowl and starter I ordered. Initially I wanted to order one of the kebab options on the menu, but they weren’t available today.

Tasty kebabs and bowls - Edit
We went to Rosehip Vegan Kebabs twice because the food was good and it was located close to our hotel. Once we dined in and once we brought the food to the hotel.
Read moreMy husband loves vegan kebabs and he enjoyed the ones he had here very much. I had both the falafel bowl and the Greek bowl and both tasted very well. The restaurant is rather small, but service was very friendly and as said above, the food was great. It is a fast food place of course, so comfort is a bit limited. I would also like to have a bit more choice apart from the fake meat - I don‘t like that so I could only choose the two bowls.

This location has been remade into a kebab/fast food joint. It's a shame as paper plates and general feel is rather icky.

This place is the sister restaurant of the one in Pylimo street. I recommend the other one for a bigger offer, but the food here is amazing as well, just as in the other one. I had a brown rice and tofu bowl, and with the sauce it was just heavenly. Brilliant tastes. Staff not super attentive, but alright. Space outside.

I had the pulled jackfruit burger. It was huge and hard to finish. Flavour-wise, it was alright, but nothing to write home about. The beetroot ketchup, though, was great!

First visited the second branch of the RoseHip Bistro at Pylimo and I was so pleased by the tasty food and nice atmosphere that I decided to stop by also at the Radvilaites branch for a snack😄
Read moreThis place is a little bit smaller than the Pylimo, but the interior design is very nice as well. The location is great (very close to the city centre). The staff was georgeous and helpful, I felt really welcome. Service was quick and the food was delicious.

I loved the cold beetroot soup, and was REALLY happy, because I often miss local tastes traveling as a vegan, since it‘s falafel, hummus and avocado toasts all over the world… So I was so glad to be able to try a local dish in vegan version. Thank you!

A must for all vegans visiting Vilnius. The staff is really friendly and atmosphere is nice, food is delicious and they even offer some traditional Lithuanian meals in vegan version - loaded potatoes and cold beetroot soup are amazing!

All vegan bistro, smaller of the two in Vilnius. Good central location nearby to the palace and castle tower. Varied menu options. I ate here twice during my stay in the city. Firstly had a Mexican Buddha bowl, fresh ingredients, beans could’ve done with more flavour/a kick, but otherwise it was tasty. Second time I had the tofish and chips, for a starter the portion was huge! Nice and crispy batter and served with homemade tartare. Enjoyed the food on both occasions and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit.
