I FOUND THIS PLACE THROUGH ANOTHER LONG ISLAND VEGAN BUSINESS. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND IT! THE SAVORY FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THE GF OPTIONS ARE OF A WIDE VARIETY. THEY OFTEN HAVE SWEETS ON HAND WHICH ARE ALSO GREAT. THE OWNER IS HELPFUL AT ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS & THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT. THEY HAVE DAILY SPECIALS WHICH ARE DELICIOUS ALSO. THEY HAVE TAKE & GO STUFF WHICH IS HELPFUL FOR QUICK LUNCHES. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND FOR LUNCH IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA.

The best vegan food I ever had - Edit
I have gone to a lot of vegan restaurants, but I can tell you that this place is one of the best. Their loaded nachos are to die for, so flavourful and filling. Same thing with their paninis. Great portions, healthy, truly plant based ingredients and cute atmosphere. They also have daily and monthly specials. Will definitely be going back!

Read moreThe not great: the BLAT was bland. Not seasoned enough. I took a few bites and didn’t eat the rest. It needed salt, the tempeh needed to be seasoned.
It was my first time so I wish they had told me about their Monday special. We ordered two sandwiches and one drink and with tip we spent to $38.
The Philly cheesesteak is not at all resembling a Philly cheesesteak. If you order this and the one from the diner boys, worlds apart. It was tastier than my BLAT though.
The good: the food is fresh and the portions are big. It’s all vegan!! I did enjoy the Philly cheesesteak flavors. The people here are friendly and there are tables inside and outside to sit in and lots of magazines!
Pros: Alllll vegan, Fresh food, good portion size, Friendly service

Solid gluten free options - Edit
I had the Rockin root panini, gluten free and thought it was quite good. I LOVED that their gluten free prices were LOWER than the regular prices given the fact that gluten free bread / buns / wraps are always smaller than regular ones. It was tasty, healthy and a good portion.

I liked the rainbow, thought lobster was best then tuna. I felt that none of the rolls were rolled tight enough they were loose and fell apart easily.
Flavour wise decent but not mind blowing. The lobster roll I think was my overall favourite as I really liked the heart of palms.
I make vegan sushi at home and don't feel theirs was better than mine.
Their gluten free doughnuts were VERY good! Beet texture I've ever had on a VGF Doughnut ever. Was a banana base but not overpowering.
I would ultimately go back and get the panini again and possibly try one or two different rolls but it wouldn't be my first choice to go back to if that makes sense.
The space was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Got two BLAT’s and a side of roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious. Tempeh bacon tasted delicious as well as the guacamole that was on it. Love supporting fully vegan restaurants.

Very happy I searched Happy Cow for any new restaurants in my area, and found this place. I ordered the Eggcelent Eggplant Panini and potato wedges... I was very happy with the portion size of the sandwich, it tasted great and it filled me up, along with the potato wedges. I would definitely recommend. I also ordered the Rock n Boots sandwich, which I'm saving for tomorrow... it looks really good also! Can't wait.

I've been back many times since and never disappointed. At the owners suggestion, I'm trying to expand on my menu selections lol, since I was hooked on the eggplant sandwich and stuck with only that. The soups are delicious, as well as the cookies. Even though I usually don't like mock meats/fish, the chickpea tuna was very good. I ordered the broccoli cauliflower soup and a panini today for the first time. I'm sure I will be happy with those as well.
