BEST VEGAN FOOD IN TOWN - Edit
Reform Kafe (the Cafe within the Green Tiger Accommodation) was hands down: the BEST vegan food in town!!!!
Read moreMy family & I went there on more than one occasion & wish we could have made even more meals there.
The food has the most incredible flavors & aromas! The Sweet & Spicy Soup with Noodles was my FAV!! also the green curry fried rice was delicious too.
The owners also have an awesome cafe called GoodSouls Kitchen also offering very good vegan food.
Pros: Flavour, Vegan, Clean

Fresh and really good - Edit
We stayed at the Green Tiger Vegetarian Hotel where the kafé is located so we ate here quite a few times and loved most of it! The rice spring rolls and bruschetta pomodoro wasn’t the best ones I’ve ever had, but decent enough (very fresh!). The pad thai however I found delicious, so very fresh yet filling and not at all similar to the greasy fast-food-pad-thai you can find. The rice pesto has fennel in it which seems to be standard in Thailand, still trying to get used to the special flavor of it! The staff is amazing and very attentive. Beautiful seating area. Also two cute cats roam the restaurant.

My favorite in Chiang Mai - Edit
I absolutely loved this place! I wish I had more time in Chiang Mai to visit it more times! I was there in two occasions. It is 100% vegan, which meant I could pick ANYTHING I WANTED! (This had never been the case) Everything is delicious! I was very happy to see they offer lassis! First place I visit where I can enjoy a vegan lassi ❤ The staff is very friendly and it is easy to communicate with then in English. We need more restaurants like this all over the world please! This is a must while in Chiang Mai.

Nice ambiance - Edit
Dishes were fresh and tasty. Two of our orders were too spicy despite the waitress claiming that they were Mai Pet (not spicy) and Nit Noi (just a bit). On our second visit we had to move to the more bland interior environment because it was too hot despite the fans. The kitchen closes at 9:00 so I had to convince one of the waiters to take our order at 8:45.

Like the scene. Like the food very much. Been here 3 times in our short stay. We got the starter dish with our main dish instead of separate, so I we weren’t too happy about that. But has fast service :)

Wonderful fresh and tasty food - Edit
We stayed at the hotel, but didn't eat at this restaurant until our last evening in town which was a mistake! The food was super, and the service was great. The portions were big, so we didn't have room to try the dessert but everything looked great. The fresh spring rolls were my favourite.
Read moreThe menu is a mix of Thai and western, so would suit a range of palates.

Dog-friendly and free WiFi - Edit
Spent a day here with my laptop and two dogs getting some work done. You have to sit in the garden with dogs but there are covered areas. Free WiFi was sufficient for me to do work, but there were no plug sockets and the toilets are the other side of the building, so you can only stay as long as your battery - or bladder - can hold out!

Extensive menu, great food and nice place - Edit
Reform Kafe offers an extensive menu of thai and western food: noodles, curries, rice, pasta, burgers, cakes... The menu is very similar to Goodsouls Kitchen. The restaurant is inside a guest house, is very pleasant with plenty of vegetation and the staff is friendly. The food was good and generous in size. I tried the tom yum soup (that is more likely a tom kha), the pasta with Thai basil pesto (yummy!) and the affogato. It was a really cool experience even if it is a bit pricey for Chiang Mai.

Worth the trip! - Edit
Absolutely delicious, friendly staff and my family who are avid meat eaters enjoyed the food too. Would definitely recommend the fried spring rolls. Enjoyed the Khao Soi, green curry fried rice and Som Tam. The mocha was nice, but could have been sweeter but I do have a sweet tooth! Not as authentic as local places but definitely more variety and still delicious in its own right, speaking from a Thai POV

We stopped for lunch here and had a big variety of plates. Everything was great! Spring rolls, papaya salad, fried mushrooms and coconut soup for starters. Two different curries and two noodle dishes for mains. Everyone loved everything. Was a lot of food, but loved every bite!

Great food in a fantastic setting - Edit
The all-vegan menu has a huge variety, and how cool is it to sit and eat under a giant tree?? The fried spring rolls were SO good. I also enjoyed the Thai noodle soup with coconut milk, but be aware that it’s a deceptively large amount of food. The service was a little gruff when we were there, but I’d still totally go back. Oh, and I will say I was disappointed to see brochures for animal exploitation tours (Tiger Kingdom, fishing tours, elephant riding) in the lobby.

Part of the Green Tiger House hotel they have a really large menu of all vegan options (only problem with that was picking what to get). Thai and Western options and you can see and feel the care they put into the dishes.

Delicious Vegan Food - Edit
Went to Reform Kafe on two occasions while in Chiang Mai. The first time I had the Mushroom Burger and the second time I had Tom Yum. Both were delicious, but the Tom Yum was sensational. So much flavour, shoots cooked perfectly and the enoki mushrooms were fab. Highly recommend if passing through! This restaurant is also in a hotel (Green Tiger House), good choice if you want the restaurant at your disposal. I believe they also had a vegetarian/vegan breakfast included in your stay in the mornings.
