Normally the kind of place I'd walk past - the menu doesn't say anything specific about vegan options - this small coffee shop in the city centre offers a great vegan brunch with an owner who is willing and able to help guide your choices. The large vegan brunch is two sausages, two half tomatoes, two slices of some great doorstop-sized malted grain toast, a generous portion of mushrooms and two hash browns with a cup of tea or coffee (soya milk is available on request). Preston doesn't have many vegan food options and this is well worth a visit for breakfast or brunch, I'll be going again.
