I think you have the wrong place here, Louise the owner goes out of her way to help in any way possible soon as you arrive, I've been going over 10 years, she's friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about food. If you didn't eat you can't possibly know what you have missed. This review in my eyes is flawed.
