no doubt food is great but they arent pet friendly if you have to eat outside at 35 degrees no fan - Edit
Everything was fine , we loved the waitress service and food delicious, but in the middle everything started getting very hot, we asked for a fan as they won't let us in even if you are dying from heat, they just said they have nothing, the manager came to me when I got a litl inside because the heat was unbearable I told her is too hot, my dog, and we feel very bad outside, she looked at my dog like was something nasty and said I cant let you in with the dog, so I told her why you say its pet friendly when we have to sit outside in these conditions, she kept repeating the same thing as she looked at my dog in that way, so I stayed in a little to cold down, then I went out to eat the rest fast,then we went inside to order an Uber holding my dog, they kept staring at us. All this ruined our experience.

All vegan restaurant with a delicious menu. We had a great server, Pamela who helped us order. We had the cucumber, lemon, ginger cooler to drink, which was delicious for dry January 😎 but they do have cocktails. We tried the mushroom arancini, tomato risotto, bibimbap, poke bowl, and a sushi combo plate that included 2 of each. The presentation was spectacular and the flavors delicious. We even ordered pak Thai spicy and humus to-go, for lunch the next day. #Veganuary

I totally recommend, We have eaten the ceviche and the moussaka and both were really good! I’ve also tried the tree-lemon dessert, also recommended. It’s was very difficult to make the choice, since the menu has a lot of attractive options. I think that Raíz breaks the casual vegan restaurant and takes their dishes one step further. Very modern and “fancy” vibe without breaking our pockets

Great cocktails, not quite fine dining - Edit
Raíz seems to be straddling a line between fast casual and fine dining, with the food menu, tables/chairs, and music/general vibe fitting casual but drinks, desserts, service/atmosphere, and prices matching the latter. This confusion, and the resulting wide mix of food styles on the main menu, were the main drawbacks but I would happily return for cocktails and perhaps appetizers and desserts.

One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve eaten at. First class experience. The prices are great too for foreigners. It is also open much later so the times for this restaurant need to be updated. Closes 12 midnight.

The food (and the drinks) is so delicious and artistically arranged. The staff is super friendly, helpfull and attentive. We were there 2 times to eat and both time the same good experience 🙏 we were particularly fans if the sushi! 🤤
