Kleines, aber feines Restaurant. Will man unbedingt dort essen, sollte man, auch für 2 Personen, einen Tisch reservieren. Das Essen hat mich so überzeugt, dass ich sogar noch Nachtisch bestellen musste, obwohl ich schon "platzte".
Read moreDas Personal war sehr freundlich, das Essen kam entgegen meiner Befürchtung nach Lesen des Intro-Textes der Speisekarte angemessen schnell. Es ist alles vegan, frisch zubereitet und für's Auge ansprechend. Das Essen wirkte, bis hin zum "Dankeschön-Schokoladenstückchen" nach Begeichung der Rechnung, hochwertig.
Cons: Evtl., dass man etwas beengt sitzt-, im Sommer mit Terrasse sicher ein Traum.

The food is very tasty. It is possible to sit inside and outside. The staff is very friendly and the cook likes to try new dishes. Therefore the menu can change depending on the season.

I personally took a long time deciding what to get as it sounded all so good. Finally, I chose the Bali Satay and was absolutely satisfied, recommended for all tofu lovers!!!

I really enjoyed my food. it was creative but not experimental, fresh and simply good. The staff is very nice and I really like the ambience (not overly romantic but definitly suitable for a date)

My husband and I go here all the time and the food is always delicious! There are many vegan options and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make our visit as lovely as possible! I definitely recommend this place!

Small but very comfortable restaurant which only serves delicious veggie food. I really fell in love with this place - even though it is quite expensive. But this probably is due to the fresh and often organic ingredients.

And the most important thing: Everything tastes fantastic! Even my omnivore friends have appreciated their choices, and recommended this place.

This restaurant is near the Autobahn A5 exit “Darmstadt-Eberstadt” in a residential area. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy. The menu has lots of choices, most of them internationally inspired. There are some clearly marked vegan options, and also vegetarian options that they mark as “can be made vegan”.
Read moreUnfortunately I overheard a conversation between the waitress and other guests, who had asked whether the aioli was vegan, or came in a vegan version if a certain vegetarian dish was ordered vegan. The reply was that they leave the aioli away. She then proceeded explaining that their aioli doesn’t contain egg, but was only made with milk, and that it would not be possible to veganize aioli. Well, in its original version aioli only consists of garlic, olive oil and salt, and there are many vegan recipes… In this restaurant they don’t understand the concept of veganism, they don’t really care for animals and I have never seen a menu so full of dairy products….
But I won’t rate this. The quality of the food is really extraordinary and every single dish tasted very very good. I only give 4 Happy Cows because I feel that the portions are much too small. My main dish (a vegan satay skewer) consisted of only three small tofu pieces…double that, and it would have been appropriate, especially when considering the price of 16€. So you have to eat several courses if you don’t want to leave hungry.
Pros: delicious food, nice atmosphere, ideal stop when travelling on A5-Autobahn
Cons: small portions, rather expensive, don't care about animals

Well taste is subjective, but I always loved the food, and everybody I was with me did so as well...vegetarians, omnis and me- as a vegan. It's a bit pricy and far off the way from the city-these are the only cons here.

Food was great, but I personally didn't get why they were offering so many unnecessary options with dairy ingredients. Would've expected more vegan on the menu. But the vegan options we had were great.
Read moreFood was very slow (~1 hour), but they brought us a little snack which kept us happy. The restaurant seemed to attract many smokers outside, which is apparently still a big issue in Germany. Would be great if they did no-smoking in all parts of the restaurant some time.

What an amazing surprise this was! Seriously, one of the best and most original vegan meals I've had in years. It is a really cute place with an innovative menu. Vegan items are clearly marked, and the two dishes we had were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I had an oriental rice dish that was so delicate and flavour infused I couldn't believe it. Figs aplenty! My wife's curry was also exquisite. Not a cheap meal, but well worth the trip if you're anywhere close. Do not miss!!!

A little outside the city center, but easy to reach by tram. Delicious food in a beautiful setting: both the interior and outside sitting space are delightful. A good assortment of books and toys for kids. Friendly staff.
