Expensive and tasty - Edit
I got the vegan stroopwafel and it was really delicious. However I do find it ridiculously expensive (€9). One off celebratory dessert 😉

Worth a try - Edit
Only place for fresh vegan stroopwafel. They were fresh made but this lead to the chocolate and therefore the topping running off into the paper and dripping on the ground, making it difficult to eat. Also, they were a bite spare with the blueberries. However, they were tasty. We had speculaas and blueberries

Traditional food, but for vegans - Edit
The fresh wafel is delicious and the guy making them is so nice. He was super proud of the vegan options they have. And he should be. Congrats to this place! Would like to give 5 stars!

They have fresh ones (8€ for small, with hazelnut, speculaas & oreo vegan flavors) or packaged ones!

This was the perfect little sweet treat. They are made to order so they come out warm and gooey.

Delishhhh - Edit
There is a vegan option among both the packaged products and the hot freshly made ones. The chocolate that is poured on top is only one type and I was assured that it is always vegan, plus you can choose from three toppings: speculoos, Oreos or hazelnuts, the rest of the options are not vegan.

Fresh vegan stroopwaffels - Edit
This is the only place in Amsterdam that does fresh stroopwaffels. The caramel cream they put inside however is not fresh (it’s from a plastic bottle) and it’s very sweet / doesn’t taste like caramel. The chocolate they put on top is dark chocolate (they use the same for the non-vegan ones). They charge 8 euroes for a small stroopwaffel which is my opnion is way too expensive for what you get. Otherwise the stroopwaffel tasted nice but too sweet for my personal liking.

I arrived albeit a little late at 3pm, there was still a mad queue out the door but when I got to the counter I was told there were no vegan ones available. Maybe try come early?

Comparing the price of one small vegan stroopwaffel with what my new friends paid for a large non-vegan one elsewhere the day before made me sad, but then I took one bite and it was SO good, so I regret nothing. In a show of restraint, I did not buy the gift bag of a few, but I wanted to…

Dutch sweets but vegan! - Edit
So happy a place offered these vegan. They have 3 vegan flavours to chose from. I shared one with my partner but for €5 I guess it’s expensive for a small waffle but definitely worth trying!!

tasty but expensive stroopwafels - Edit
Has three vegan options for fresh stroopwafel: hazelnut (candied), speculaas, and Oreo. They toast the waffles, dip them in chocolate and the sprinkle on the topping. It's good, but pricey for what it is.

Better than supermarket but expensive! - Edit
Not the only option in Amsterdam unlike what a previous user said. They are slightly tastier than supermarket but enough for the 3x price tag. (It was 12 euros for a bag of 8, and £4 for a bag of 10 - you do your own maths!).

So delish!! - Edit
The only vegan stroopwafel in Amsterdam! The owner was so sweet and remembered us from a visit just a couple of days earlier. Warm, and the caramel filling was perfect. The only one I didn't try was the hazelnut, but the three began options are that, oreo, and specuulos. Also bought a tin to bring back home, but I have a feeling they won't last very long!

Really nice guy. Quite expensive but maybe worth it for an artisan product. Serves individual stroopwafels with various toppings. Warm and delicious. I bought one topped with chocolate and hazelnuts plus two standard vegan packs for a little under €30.00. 😋

So delicious and no taste separation from non vegan Stroop waffles (that I can remember). A little pricey €10 for a tiny stack of originals. Can also have 3 specialty variations: Oreo, hazelnut, and Lebkuchen.

Vegan stroopwafels on request - Edit
There weren’t any packaged vegan stroopwafels on display, but when I asked the staff if they’re available, he said yes and immediately prepared a package for me. He even asked me which color of ribbon I wanted. 8 for 10€, same as the other flavors.
