Classic dim and dirty breakfast diner. Decent pricing for Niagara Falls, good vegan options and the food came out generally quick but the server we had SUCKED and made me nervous to be sure our order would be vegan. She was rude on the phone when we called a head of time about the menu (we know it was her on the phone too because she says “hunny” or some other pet phrase after everything she says to conceal the fact shes a b*tch), she had absolutely no knowledge about their vegan options and was asking ME if stuff came with a side and was annoyed to even have a new vegan menu. She was honestly atrocious and although she fits the sh*tty environment, she should not have a customer service job. The server name was “Cindy” on the bill. We got the pancakes, fiesta wrap, grilled cheese and chickpea wrap. The fiesta wrap was really good and the only reason I gave a second star. The grilled cheese was also quite good but the chickpea wrap was very gross and the pancakes came with a long black hair imbedded in the top one and were subpar at best. We expressed multiple times that the chickpea wrap was gross.. My boyfriend and I only took 1 bite each but Cindy didnt care and didnt take it off the bill. Just went on to say that her kids are vegan too but she doesnt understand it. I would not go back here unless to just get the fiesta wrap.
