起緣蔬果百匯 is a large vegetarian buffet restaurant that offers a very extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. It's self serve all-you-can-eat style with savory dishes ranging from Taiwanese soups, dim sum, and sushi rolls to western style fare like burger, pizza, and cream soups. Sweets selection include fruits and cakes. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can seat up to 600. The 3rd floor is used for banquets and events. Est. 2018.
