Fantastic vegan meal in the city centre - Edit
The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were so friendly. Social distanced dining currently implemented. So reasonably priced, we paid £65 for a soup, 3 starters, 2 mains and 3 sides plus wine!

This is one of my favourite places to eat. The menu is huge and there's lots of fried food but it's not too oily. I adore tempeh and barely anywhere has it on their menu so I always order a tempeh dish when I go. The service is great, but I always have to reassure that no, I'm not ordering too much food, and I will definitely eat it all! Portions are a decent size though. I recommend ordering lots of different dishes and sharing.

Outstanding Malaysian/fusion food - Edit
A brilliant fully vegan menu and very friendly staff. We shared kung po with soya pieces and salt n pepper tofu and they were top class. So many options to explore - just a shame we could only order what we could fit in one sitting!

Delicious Asian fusion - Edit
Up there with one of the best pan-Asian joints in Glasgow. Everything is vegan and the menu is huge! Many dishes contain fake meats which I love, but otherwise you can get veggie or tofu dishes too. The katsu curry, kung po mushroom and Malaysian curry are incredible. Super nice staff.

Amazing find - Edit
I happened across Puti by chance when I was visiting a friend in Glasgow. Honestly, this was such a special find, we had such an great time here. The owners are super nice and friendly, they sat at chatted us through the menu and offered us so many recommendations! The food here is amazing, I had the bibimbap and my friend had the tofu katsu curry. We were both blown away by how flavourful everything tasted, and we can’t wait to go back when I visit again.

Five Stars! - Edit
I don't give many places five stars but I was very pleased with my first visit to Puti and look forward to going back to try another "new" dish in the next week or two. The surroundings were comfortable, the food was excellent and the lady who took my order could not have been any more helpful in explaining all the dishes on the menu with which I was unfamiliar. The food was lovely but the best thing is the atmosphere. It's really peaceful and relaxed. I'd feel comfortable going on my own or with a couple of friends. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming.

Delicious Asian Vegan Food - Edit
I visited Puti Vegan Cafe on Sunday and loved it. The menu is great so it was hard to choose what to eat but in the end I went for the sizzling tofu which was delicious, loads of veggies and tofu and a really flavourful gingery sauce. I’ve been missing good vegan Asian food since getting back from travelling in Japan / Thailand / Korea / China so this place really hit the spot. The people running the place are super friendly and I can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu.

A hidden treasure - Edit
Go, the secret will soon get out, you won't regret it. This place is fantastic. Slightly off the main street, but well worth finding. Our waitress was super attentive and helped has decide our dinner from the wide menu (in fact stopped us buying too much and wasting food!). She was lovely, and made us feel welcome so much that I hope I find time to go again on our short visit.
Read moreTo start we had some sweet potato pancakes and salt and pepper tempeh, the latter being a particular favourite for me.
For a main I had the suggested bimbimbap, a restaurant speciality with an excellent beef alternative. Delicious. It came with a chilli paste, so it was easy to control the heat. My partner ordered the laksa. This was the highlight for us, the soup came with a wide array of vegetables, several types of mushroom, tofu and other delights all swimming in a delightful creamy spiced broth. I'm drooling as I think about it. So good!
All the best to the owners, this kind of restaurant really makes being vegan a delight!
Pros: wide selection of vegan options, freindly and knowledgeable server, caters to many diets

A wee gem - Edit
This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming cafes I have ever been in. The staff are attentive and considerate, and you feel well looked after. The food is delicious too. The tom yum soup is incredible! There's loads to choose from with a good variety of 'fake meats' and fresh vegetables. Children are easily and loving catered for and my 4 year old daughter had a great time. The only thing I would change is that it can be a tiny bit cold - I think they need more heating in the winter months anyway. But definitely worth a visit. We will be back!

Absolutely delicious & fabulous service! - Edit
This is my new favourite place to eat - such delicious food with a whole menu of vegan dishes to choose from. The owner, Joanne, was so friendly and didn't allow us to over order rather helped to moderate how much we ordered and what dishes would work together. We had a brilliant evening and such good value for money. The Tom Yum Soup and the Laksa were delicious!

Fresh, flavoursome and not a falafel in sight! - Edit
What a great addition to Glasgow's vegan scene with an extensive menu of Asian greats. Generous, rich clean flavours and such a welcome change to the usual heavy vegan food served elsewhere. The Tom Yum soup on a chilly afternoon made me glow inside and out and the coconut curry didn't make me feel bloated but really well fed and nourished. The service was charming. My new favourite in Glasgow for sure.

Amazing Asian Fusion Food - Edit
We really loved the food and very friendly service. The restaurant is still fairly new and we hope many more people will come to allow it to stay open for a very long time! The hot and sour soup and salt and pepper inoki were amongst our favourite but we really enjoyed all of it.

Came here for the first time, very extensive menu and was hard to choose! We went with the 'bento' which is a really big portion but tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful and one thing I really like is that they come to the table to refill water. Would definitely recommend coming here when in Glasgow. Looking forward to trying the bibimbap next!

This restaurant serves really tasty 'Buddhist style' vegan food. The menu has lots of options, I tried the green curry with tofu, nicely cooked veggies and fresh tofu with just the right amount of spice. Looking forward to trying other dishes on my next visit.
