Delicious but slow - Edit
Take-out window, no indoor seating. Must order from the ghost kitchen’s website, which at times pauses ordering from Pure Soul / We Be Brunchin’. Our order came out a good half an hour after the estimated fulfillment time. But the food was worth it, especially the chicken tenders with Baja ranch and steak, egg & cheese brunchin’ sandwich. There was a spicy pepper in the middle of the street dogg, so beware! Shoestring fries in the chili cheese fries were pretty tasty. Loved the jalapeños, too! My advice is to order ahead of time and expect a 20-30 minute delay in your order being ready for pick-up.

That’s too bad about the delay. Thanks for warning others. 👍

Splurge-worthy on occasion - Edit
Pure Soul is fantastic vegan junk food.
Read moreBut it's also really expensive, especially considering there's no actual restaurant (or place to enjoy it nearby). A burger alone will set you back at least $18 with taxes and fees and then you have to take it somewhere else to eat it.
That said, this vegan comfort food is still really tasty and worth the occasional splurge. I'm partial to their chik'n sandwiches and the totchos (tater tot natchos). That mac 'n cheese is worth mentioning as well.
Pro tip: look for their daily taco deal
Cons: Parking is horrible - tiny lot with few spaces

I’ve been waiting on the Biergarten to open so we can actually eat there…hopefully soon! 🤞

Tasty 😋 - Edit
Their creamy buffalo chick'n and onion rings combo was solid! The real winner though was the Reese's withaspoon shake! Hope to try all the other shake flavors.

Pretty good! - Edit
Some friends and I ordered several sandos/burgers and the Mac and cheese and animal house fries and did family style so we could try them all. First off, I wish they would have had milkshakes to go with that food. Second, it was pretty good. I really feel like a 3.5 would be the most appropriate rating, but I rounded to 4. My Omni friends weren’t impressed by the crunch wrap or the mac and cheese (I was though). The crowd favorite was the chicken sandos and the bacon burger.

Soul food with not much Soul - Edit
I was slightly let down when I came here, I was expecting typical southern food just veganized but there seemed to be more of an emphasis on sandwhiches and foods other than southern cuisine. That's fine and all but I was hoping for more I guess. The Sandwhich I got was very yummy, but the platter my friend got left something to be desired. The fried chick'n was amazing but the collard greens were watery and bland. The mac n cheese also had a weird texture. My favorite item was the potato salad, super yummy! However, I was not pleased that there was no indoor dining, even with both my friend and I being Vaccinated. Overall just a let down.

Food is great! Parking arrangements suck! - Edit
I've been here about 4 times now. Food is really good. They never had an actual restaurant to sit inside of, even at their old place. A few tables outside. The parking here is pretty bad. You have to know how to get here too in order to be able to pull into their parking lot. Come down 65 to hang a left onto Elvas then look to your right for The Line. It's a hodge podge of different restaurants now... I didn't get any text saying the order was in or any texts to say when my order was ready which I didn't care too much for. But maybe that just takes letting someone know.
Read moreThis time around I went with the Baby Got Bacon with a side of garlic fries and a full order of the Queso Mac and Cheese. The burger was amazing just like a good burger should be. The garlic fries had shaved garlic which I thought interesting... It may have helped tone down the garlic a little. And the Queso Mac and Cheese had just a little bit of kick like queso does and it was super creamy delicious. Enjoy the pictures.

I finally got to eat here after a year of trying. So good! I had a bacon cheeseburger, mac and cheese with (a lot!) of bacon, and the animal fries. All of it was great! Feed this to your omni friends and they'll never know!

This is my favorite place to go to when I want to have a treat. My favorite thing here is the Nashville Hottie Crispy chik’n sandwich. Tastes even better than real chicken in my opinion. I also can never pass up their animal fries. Definitely recommend!!

2nd time visitors. Great sized portions. Best "chicken" sandwich I've had with great flavor/spices. Most realistic Mac and cheese I've had. Got the pesto version it was to die for! Great flavored sodas and service was excellent!

This Place is Amazing! - Edit
I was looking for a place to pig out on some delicious food after my 12 mile hike and this place did exactly what I needed it to do. I got the BBQ Soul Burger with some bacon (super delicious, no complaints there.) For later in the evening, I got the nachos with some of that Atlas Monroe chicken on top that I've heard so much about. I understand why it was one of the favorites of the Fried Chicken Festival in New Orleans. If you're in Sacramento, it's worth the drive

Amazing Vegan Food! - Edit
Verdict: AWESOME! Mum got the Pure Chick'n Sandwich - $14 and she was LOVING IT! I got the Atlas Monroe Po Boy Sandwich - $16 and devoured it. I was happy to support this vegan business, especially since they have to pay rent and taxes for their brick and mortar location. Recently, I've had their pesto mac n cheeze and nachos.....both amazing!!!

LOVE everything this place puts out. They frequently have the famous Atlas Chicken products and make a bomb spicy chicken sando. Tots are amazing, portions generous, brunch menu and breakfast sandos are incredible, and they have dairy free milkshakes. Never had a bad experience here. The management team updates social media regularly to warn of long wait times or online-only ordering.
