Deuxième passage dans ce restaurant Végan et que de bonnes surprises : Accueil discret mais efficace et service rapide avec le sourire qui va bien. Mais le plus important c'est la saveur des plats proposés . Aujourd'hui : caviar d'aubergine et ratatouille. La ratatouille est excellente . Un mélange de légumes cuits "al dente" ou bien cuits reste bien en bouche. Merci à votre petite équipe je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Primeur offers a healthy and fresh food with many flavours. I had dinner once and enjoyed the experience. I took fried mushrooms as a starter and they were really delicious: melting and tasty. The dish of the day consisted of a cereal and many vegetables. It was good and generous but I found that a little simple. The dessert, however, was terrific: a brownie with a creamy emulsion. The staff is very friendly and the place is nice (but small). Prices are fair so I recommend the restaurant when you want to eat fresh and healthy food in Paris.

I went to Primeur for the first time two weeks ago, and loved it very much ! Very good food (I had the "Lasagnes") and very pleasant place, with outdoor tables.
Read moreBut few days ago I went back there, it was on Sunday evening and I had not checked the hours. The restaurant was open, but the person who was there told us that it was "a special evening". And the menu was not vegan, not even vegetarian : shellfishes were served !
I was very disappointed, even if maybe the restaurant owner gave the place to someone else for one evening.

Hi, according to the restaurant, they will start opening on Sunday's evenings from next Sunday (July 2nd); so it's highly likely that last Sunday the food was managed by someone else. Having said that, if I owned a place, I would probably not lend the place to someone who will not serve vegan food...

Read moreThe menu is small (a couple of appetizers, a couple of mains and a few desserts), and it changes frequently.
However, the plates we had (lasagna and mezze) were super yummy, and portions were very fair.
Desserts were also delicious, not as sweet as in other places (which is a good thing for me).
The service was also fantastic, and the ambience was pleasant.
I'd recommend to book in advance if possible, since it seems to be quite popular. Unless you go right after they have opened.

I highly recommend this place ! Very nice people ! Vegan and vegetarian ! Vegan mayonnaise, vegan chocolate mousse to name a few. Plates are colorful and delicious! Well located, you can eat outside.
