Amazing traditional Polish food! Some of the best food we had in Poland. Lots of different options, too. Only a few dishes are vegetarian, and they are clearly marked as non-vegan on the menu. Very good and friendly service, and just a really nice place. Highly recommended!

This place literally has you covered, or should that even be under the covers. Traditional meat free Polish food, an absolute must to try fabulous local dishes without the suffering. I had a wholesome gherkin soup followed by a delicious vegan golabki (pigeon) - cabbage stuffed with spices soya mince, rice & buckwheat. I would very much like to try the schabowy kotlet on my next encounter. A nice simple place with no ulterior motives.

Read moreThe food was amazing, very satisfying and perfect for the cold weather outside. Some vegan twists at classic dishes like Pierogi (I had the ones with tofu replacing cottage cheese in the classic recipe, from the overn, with tasty mushroom sauce) and less obvious, regional ones (like Fuczki) prepared with great ingredients, served with excellent sourkraut and beetroots on the side. Super friendly service and I had the chance to chat for a bit with the lovely lady who makes these masterpieces.
I will be back and I totally recommend it to everyone who would like to sample some genuine Polish food without having to worry if it's vegetarian/vegan (especially since a lot of traditional Polish cuisine sneaks in unnecessary animal fat in dishes you would not expect to find it).
5 stars from me!
Pros: great food!, very nice service, relaxed, un-pretentious atmosphere
Cons: Nothing, apart from the fact I live 2000km away...

Restauracja położona na uboczach rynku we Wrocławiu. Menu składa się z opcji wegański i paru wegetariańskich. Można znaleźć pyszny barszcz ukraiński, pierogi w paru opcjach smakowych. Ceny bardzo przystępne! Najbardziej polecam wegański barszcz ukraiński oraz pierożki😄Pierogi można zamówić w 2 opcjach. Pieczonych lub gotowanych. Do pieczonych pierogów można dodatkowo wybrać sos. One of my favorite places in the city, it's always lovely coming here! Love the kotlet, typical polish food my grandma would make but vegan 🧓🏻😍 I think there are 2 couples running this place, at least I keep running into the same people and they always ask honestly how the food was and chat with you and it just feels like they really enjoy what they do. Love love love it!

It was so good that we visitited on the next day again just to try as many dishes as possible. And there was not a single one that wouldn't be very delicious. Friendly staff welcomed us to this small Restaraunt near the river , 5 mins from the Rynek. They specialise in authentic fried pierogi and do not disappoint. My starter was a lovely beetroot soup.I had the pierogi with potato, onion, garlic and herbs which was delicious and filling. I asked for a side of roast potatoes which they obliged with at no charge. Well worth a visit.
