Best vegan sushi since Shizen in San Francisco - Edit
Can’t believe the most amazing vegan sushi was right under my nose. Since we went to Shizen in San Francisco we were looking for something similar. What an amazing find!!

Take out beautifully presented , boxed in rows with central jar of tamari , plus ginger and wasabi- all generous portions. The plushi is absolutely delicious.

We went for a late lunch and we were the only people there, still we waited for over 40 minutes to get our drinks and almost an hour until food was served.

A nice surprise in Cape Town - Edit
The most interesting food I had in Cape Town, in a good way. Well-chosen taste combinations, not predictable and not boring. Worth the trip.

Great find - Edit
We arrived in Cape Town hungry after flight delays and little sleep only to find this gem of a restaurant just down the block. We got the platter of the week and it was beautiful and delicious. Huge bonus….it is also waste free and plastic free. Best vegan sushi we’ve ever had.

Best sushi I’ve ever had. Full stop. - Edit
I’ve traveled all over the world and have had amazing food, but this is not only the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had but also the best sushi I’ve ever had (including when I was in Japan for two weeks). Furthermore, it is one of the best vegan meals I’ve had in my almost 7 years of being vegan af. I’ll dream about this place when I’m back in Colorado.

Fun vegan sushi! - Edit
Cute place with indoor seating and take-away. Highly recommend the assorted box which is fun because you get to try whatever they are serving. Friendly staff. Quick service. Awesome minimal waste packaging for take-away. (Technically zero-waste only if you're not staying in a hotel like we were.)

Beautiful display & unique foods - Edit
This place is fully vegan. I went with 3 other friends. We first had spring rolls - they have a bunch of different options. Then we had the sushi platter which was perfect for 4 people as each type of sushi was offered in batches of 4, so we all got to try each one.
Read moreWe also added the smoked carrot 'salmon' with vegan caviar.
Have to say, the platter came out, and it was a work of art. They made the platter look so beautiful, and the food was equally delicious.
This restaurant is very simple looking, as it's more into take out, than sit in. However, the food more than made up for it. I absolutely loved the food.
Pros: Beautifully displayed food, Delicious food, Very affordable
Cons: The restaurant is very plain, not a lot of decor, No bathroom (but there's one in a building beside), Small tables

Great for take away - Edit
We tried all of the sushi rolls, they come with soy sauce, wasabi, ginger and even a super tasty brownie! The only minus point is the indoor seating - not so cosy. But we got told they are specialised for take away and catering. So do not expect a restaurant.😄

BEST SUSHI EVER - nevermind vegan - Edit
I've tried Plushi multiple times! Everything about Plushi has blown me away. They heighten every possible sense, from their beautiful presentation (it's a literal work of art), to their creative flavours I've never even tasted before, the ecofriendly packaging, smell of beautiful incense, and a curated Spotify playlist - they bring a fine dining experience to the comfort of your own home. My non-vegan friends always question me when I tell them Plushi is 100% vegan. They're also a zero-waste restaurant with incredible service - what's not to love?
