Good plant based fast food - Edit
attendant was a bit rude, you could see from a mile distance that she wasn’t happy that she was working there! Food is all pre made like a fast food chain, doesn’t taste bad tho!

Plant-based Sports Bar! - Edit
This place was honestly a breath of fresh air and i really wish California had something like this. I had their Chick'n sandwich which was pretty decent. 5 stars because I have yet to come across an all-vegan sports bar like this one
Read moreI usually avoid sports bars as their menu is filled with meat-heavy dishes. Plant Pub is a stone's throw away from Fenway Park.

Fried Fast Food - Edit
As a treat, the options at Plant Pub are aplenty. The problem lies in the fact that most of their appetizers and mains are high in carbs and fats. Don’t get me wrong- I am eternally grateful that vegan fast food even exists, especially in Boston which has been extremely slow to accept the new trend. The issue now that vegan options exist and are numerous in places like Cambridge is to push for restaurants that offer delicious high protein, healthy appetizers and mains. Plant Pub is an example where one can eat vegan and still eat poorly.
Read moreThe burger - I chose their homemade patty - was a bit sloppy and not very flavorful. The buffalo cauliflower wings was breaded thickly. The French fries, a gigantic serving, were extremely tasty, topped with an aioli sauce of some sort. Lots of beer to choose from, but nothing on tap.
Pros: All vegan, Indulgent fast food
Cons: Unhealthy , Cafeteria-like, Beer in cans

DO NOT miss this place! - Edit
Absolutely fantastic. The guac burger was SO GOOD (I hear the buffalo chicken options are also really really good) and surprisingly not too heavy. The fact they have soft serve ice cream cones made me so happy. Delicious on a summer day! I love this concept, and I learned that they are hoping to continue to expand which makes me so happy. I can’t wait to see more of these around the country!!!!

Enjoyable - Edit
Really good pub type vegan food. A great spot to take a non-vegan. A nice range of beverages to pair with the food. Not a ton of space inside for sitting but perfect for grab & go.

Great! - Edit
It almost has a hole in the wall vibe. Counter service and they bring the food to you - picnic tables outside or limited seating and bartop inside. Good food, good selection, and good local beer!

Cute little vegan fast food joint - Edit
It’s an order-at-the-counter place, with three high tables outside and a bunch of picnic tables outside. I ordered the pepperoni pizza which was delicious but could have had more pepperoni on top.

Yum! - Edit
We made a quick stop before heading to the airport after seeing the reviews. Food is fabulous and the space is really beautiful. Unfortunately, seating is very limited. On a blustery, cool day our CA family (weather wimps) couldn’t fathom sitting outdoors, so we had to eat in the car.

Pub is not a good name for this place. Most of the seating is outside. - Edit
3 table inside and a small bar facing outside. The rest of the seating was outside and the heaters were not lit. I’m sure the food was good by no place to eat and relax. This should not be called a pub. Pub makes you think of cozy and warm. Not cold and glass.

The BOMB - Edit
I loved all the food we got here!!! So highly recommend. The quesadilla’s have a delicious smoky flavor that is to die for. The pepperoni pizza is slightly greasy and is the best replica of a ‘real’ pepperoni pizza I’ve had! The next closest is from top-rated Screamers in Brooklyn. There is also a good selection of alcoholic beverages.

Fast Casual Comfort Food - Edit
Plant pub has a lot of enticing things on their menu! We settled on the chili cheese fries, pulled pork sandwich, and wild mushroom & truffle pizza. All were delicious!
Read moreIt is fast casual, so you place your order at the counter, and they’ll bring it to you when it’s ready.
The sandwich and fries were ready quickly, but the pizza took a long time. By the time it came, my partner had already finished her food, and she had to wait while I finished mine. It would have been nice if everything had been timed to come out together.
The staff were so friendly, and we’d definitely visit again!
Pros: 100% vegan, Creative menu
Cons: Entrees weren’t served at the same time

Good cauliflower wings! - Edit
This is a great place to stop at if you’re looking for vegan junk food (veggie burgers, pizza, etc.). They have lots of gluten free options and a nice alcohol selection, too! The one star off is for ambiance, which doesn’t do the place any favors.

Delicious fast casual fare - Edit
Plantpub is a new spot in Cambridge, a short walk from the Kendall Sq t stop. Their food is quick and reasonably priced, and there’s a number of different items available (burgers, pizza, etc.) The buffalo cauliflower was definitely one of the better varieties I’ve had (with really good buffalo and delicious dipping sauce.) I also had the chicken tahini bowl, which I liked but would have preferred to either have the kale massaged or more dressing in the bowl.

10/10! - Edit
I have been anticipating the opening of this spot for a while so I jumped at the opportunity to enjoy some good food and good times with my partner. So many things on the menu we wanted to try. We went for the buff chicken sando and margarita pizza. My partner said it is by far the best vegan pizza she has had in recent memory. I’d say it’s comparable to Virtuous Pie in PDX, which was our last favorite pizza spot. The Buffalo sandwich was crunchy, flavorful, and delicious. It’s made from tofu but you wouldn’t even be able to tell. We had a CBD seltzer and a non alcoholic IPA which were both fresh and complimented the food well. There are many other good selections for brews. We really enjoyed the food and were too stuffed to even think about dessert but the dessert menu includes frapes and ice cream sandwiches! Next time. The staff were all really kind and enthusiastic. The space is really well designed and has inside and outside seating. It’s in a nice part of Kendall square that sits right on a park and does not have a lot of auto traffic. It was quiet. We noticed the other patrons were really vocal about how much they enjoyed it as well. So excited to have another rad spot in our city!

Great pub food, made vegan - Edit
Very excited for the Boston vegan scene to be growing. We got an awesome addition in PlantPub, which serves up modern pub food, made vegan.
Read moreThe menu is super approachable for all folks (not just vegans). They serve bowls, burgers, pizzas, beers, and a few apps and desserts.
I loved the buffalo cauliflower I got as well as the pizzas I tried (marg and BBQ). They did a great job with the space, too, taking over for Squeaky Beaker, which I used to frequent.
Worth noting: it is counter service / fast casual. There’s a little bit of seating inside and out, but with big crowds, you may have to wait to sit.
Definitely check this place out. The only thing I can vaguely compare it to in the city is Veggie Galaxy (based on the menu).
