Tasty baked goods - Edit
Arrived about half an hour before closing and as can be expected, most food had sold out.
Read moreI got a strawberry and chocolate bun to take away, which was really tasty. I would definitely go back
I was told they sometimes do proper cake slices, like cheesecake which sounds awesome! Mostly cakes are sold whole however.
Would like to try some vegan croissants and other ‘sweet’ pastries (danish, pasteis de Nara etc), so if they could make those!
Pros: Tasty cake, Decent selection of baked goods, Good value for money

Takeaway Cakes - Edit
We got a little box of goodies to take away for our girls weekend. We had some empire biscuits which were exceptional, cake which was okay, and a few other pieces which included a brownie (delicious).
Read moreI would love to come back and sit in for some lunch as the food looks amazing!
Also, they do cakes to order which are very cute.

Not bad - Edit
The food was tasty but expensive for what it was. The cakes we tried were so sweet and you could not really taste much apart from the sugar. Their tea was mediocre at best but the coffee wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit but good back up. Giving it 4 only cos its fully vegan.

Located in the west end of Glasgow, easy to access by public transport and plenty of parking spaces around.

Cute and colourful place, very nice staff - Edit
Lovely fully vegan cafe. The staff were friendly to me and felt comfortable solo dining. Food on a little expensive side, half a sandwich was £4.50 and small side of Mac and cheese was £5 plus £1 for bacon. Doughnut and empire biscuits were delicious and looked great. Toilet very clean.

Yumminess served with a smile! - Edit
We tried the soup with focaccia and soup with 1/2 pesto “chicken” sandwich. Soup was creamy vegetable, perfectly spicy for one of us and a bit too much for one. Sandwich and focaccia were great. Notello hot chocolate w/mallows and cream was absolutely beautiful and delicious!!! Jammed filled vanilla cupcake was very pretty and yummy. The staff was extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful.

Good sausage roll - Edit
I took a couple out as I was at a festival. Great pastry but I thought the sausage mix could have been better. Doesn’t stand up to Mayze but it’s close.

Amazing little place - Edit
We came for our toddler's 2nd birthday and she loved it. I got a coffee here the previous day and we mentioned that we'd be back for a birthday lunch. The little one requested a purple cupcake and sure enough, she got one (although the icing was blue, pink and purple with a purple candle). Jennifer and Kelly sang for her and made it a very special day.

The empire biscuits here are a personal favourite, but everything is amazing and everyone working there is always so friendly and welcoming. Plant Blonde is a must visit if you're in the area.

What's not to like? Fabulously friendly staff, amazing Mac n cheese, and so many beautiful cakes to choose from. Decor was lovely and I spent a lovely few hours reading my book, watching the world pass by and in and out. I will definitely be back.

Delicious and a nice space - Edit
We didn’t manage to get breakfast in Liverpool so we had a train trip without breakfast. We ended up getting the subway here for a later lunch. They have soups and sandwiches and pastries for lunch. I got a chicken and pesto focaccia. It was served with a salad which had a really nice dressing on it. I also had a flat white which was nice. My partner had the soup and a hot chocolate which he liked. I then got a sundae biscuit and nutella brownie to take away. The biscuit was delicious. It reminded me of a neenish tart. My partner enjoyed the brownie.

Best empire biscuits ever - Edit
I love Plant Blonde. My favourite thing is that they don't overdo it. For example, the empire biscuits - they have just the right amount of cream rather than it being something made for an Instagram photo. Sometimes less is more. They also do savouries - give the cheeze scone a try!

Favourite vegan treats in Glasgow! - Edit
Beautiful little pastel pink café, friendly welcoming staff, and truly AMAZING selection of vegan cakes! Honestly can't believe they're vegan - they're just as sweet and indulgent as any non-vegan cakes. New favourite bakery 🍰🌿 Will definitely be back to try the empire biscuits soon! 🤤
Read moreThey have hot drinks and savoury food too - sandwiches are generously proportioned, good variety on offer, and v tasty.

Bangin' all round - Edit
A wholesome place on my short visit to Glasgow! Everyone I met was super friendly and the sandwich I had was very realistic, like, I had to take a second to think whether it was real "chicken" or not (obviously not as it's all vegan) - I sat in and the sandwich I'd like to add, was really well presented and not just your average on a plate, just sayin'
Read moreWould 100% recommend anybody visiting Glasgow and to all Glaswegians! Worth multiple visits.
p.s.
at the time of writing they were only open for 4 months, so I'd expect that there range would expand over time - for now you can get 4 sandwich options but good amount of baked goods and coffee etc.

Ultimate vegan café - Edit
Probably my favourite vegan place in Glasgow, which is really saying something! Every member of staff seems incredibly nice, the whole place & the food are very instagrammable if that's your thing, and every single thing I've had from the menu has been incredible - non-vegan friends have also absolutely loved it (as well as Nicola Sturgeon - Google it if you haven't seen!) Definitely worth a visit!

Brilliant! Amazing! Go! - Edit
Lovely bakery with amazing cakes. Great empire biscuits. The staff are so kind and happy to make up little selections for biscuits and brownies in a box. I took a box to my non-vegan friends (and they never even noticed it wasn’t vegan!!). Would highly recommend supporting this local Glasgow business.

Cosy cafe with delicious food - Edit
Cosy and lively cafe with great food. Not many savoury options by the time I got there mid afternoon so I ordered a vegan sausage roll and tomato soup. Tomato soup is not something I usually get but this was probably one of the best I’ve had fresh and peppery. Coffee was good too! The staff were also really friendly!
