Soooo good I am literally spamming all my friends with this place, everyone should have a taste. At first I was kinda sceptic because I really love the taste of fish in sushi, but you do not miss it at all (as previous reviews claim as well)!

Rooting for this place - Edit
Make sure to make a reservation before you go! This is one of the only plantbased sushi bars in the Netherlands. They have delicious options, however I wish there was a bit more focus on bringing out flavours rather than adding more. I hope they find the right balance to make more interesting sushi.

Lovely space and great staff. Some good ideas too. It's just that there were one (actually four) too many unrelated components in my aubergine maki. I appreciate it's part of the concept and texturally it made some sense. I hope a bit more restrain and trust in the flavours is applied in subsequent iterations

WOW so happy we found this place! They have only just started, but you need to go check this place out. The woman who was serving us was really sweet and helpful. We got two starters and two plates of sushi. The different types of sushi consisted of things like tofu, mushrooms, fresh and cooked veggies, mango, dried onions etc. and the flavor combo’s were really good. This place proves that vegan sushi does not have to be boring.

We went along to one of the pop-up evenings right in the hottest days of the year and we had a great time, even though we were all sweating just sitting there! The sushi comes in two servings with some flavours changing and some the same week to week. The owner comes and explains all the different rolls before you eat which is great as there's some really interesting flavours that you probably wouldn't be able to guess otherwise! Honestly, every single one was delicious, imaginative and complex and we couldn't eat them fast enough! It's so nice to have such varied flavours of sushi instead of the normal tedious avocado and cucumber rolls! Highly recommended!
