Great Prepared Food - Edit
I love going in here and getting the prepared foods during lunch. They have vegetarian and vegan options.

My family has been shopping at this store for over a year and while our wallets usually take quite a hit every time we go, we are happy to support this business. This is not as large as a Whole Foods but larger than your typical health food store and we usually find everything we need. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The deli offers a good variety of vegan and vegetarian, on-site prepared foods. Some of our favourites are the Sesame Tofu Snacks, Sesame Kale, Five Bean Salad, Beet and Fennel Salad, plus many other grain and veggie combinations. The store also sells a yummy in-store vegan chocolate cake in individual pieces as well as baked goods from Sweets from the Earth if you are looking for whole cakes. There is an organic produce section, groceries, baking items, beauty items and lots of snacks. The store is very attractive, well stocked and clean. It is a pleasure to shop there.

I was happy to finally come here after seeing it on CBC as a Canadian-owned success story (it's a chain). It's cheaper and lovelier than the Big Carrot (which is a co-op), and has a more interesting selection. The deli counter is wonderful, and the staff was very friendly.
