Quick and Delicious - Edit
As Pita Pit is a chain, they've mastered the quick food game. It's kind of like Subway- you can choose a pita that's ready got all of the fixing for it listed, or you can build your own. I don't believe any of the menu options have a fully vegan pita already made up, but I know a few are at least vegetarian and each of them can easily be modified to be made vegan.
Read moreMy favorite pita is the falafel, then I fill it with a bunch of other delicious veggies as you would at Subway, but fresher.
I have heard that the black bean burger is not so yummy. Maybe don't get your hopes up with that one!
