Would rate 1 star if possible. As a local here, it was so great to have a place that advertised as being extremely accommodating to vegans. However, I have now been to Peek a Boo a dozen times. During those visits I have been a forgotten customer, waited 30 minutes for waitress to pick up card after giving us check, given cold (like it just came out of the fridge) dishes that were supposed to be hot and most dissapointing: ordered a dish that was labeled vegan and was given dairy products. The waitress and the manager told me I was wrong, and that it was not labeled as vegan. They finally looked at the menu and realized they had made a typo. What is upsetting is that not only did it say "VG" for vegan (not VO for vegan option available) but I also clarified I wanted it vegan. Huge disappointment. Horrible wait staff that is forgetful, neglectful, and often times rude. I have not had one good experience and after a dozen times trying to make it work, am finally done.
