Lunch - Edit
I have been here multiple times but never for lunch. It was delicious. If you go during a busy time food can take awhile so be prepared for that. I also recommended avoiding the after school hours. They get quite a crowd of ill behaved children that ruin the experience.

French vegan patisserie! - Edit
This store had loads of really cool vegan cakes and pastries, I could have eaten them all. In the end I went for a savoury option hoping I would have space left for a sweet but sadly not. I ordered the avocado benny and although the wait staff seemed slightly harassed the food came much quicker than anticipated. I was really impressed with the flavour of the sauce and enjoyed my first ‘biscuit’. Would also recommend the Arnold palmer - think this is my new drink!

Best vegan bakery - Edit
The food is incredible. It’s clear that really fresh ingredients are used. Whilst it is truly an indulgent paradise full of vegan treats they do also have healthy options such as avocado toast and Mediterranean bowls. Even the coffee was the best I’ve tasted. Id give this place 7* if I could, and I’m a very fussy customer!

Okay but spendy - Edit
I thought that they made a couple great things such as their in house tofu ricotta and croissants. However, I think there are a couple spots they could improve on. First off, Brunch meals could use some work. The ricotta toast was yummy but the tomatoes were not at all fresh, they were soggy and grainy which was sad because the tomato was such an integral part of it. The French Dip sandwich was very basic and seemed like something I could make at home for 2 bucks. Then, the Biscuits and Gravy w/potatoes were good but I thought it was strange that they used a brown gravy rather than the classic white "country" gravy which i prefer. The side salads were also pathetically small. Overall not bad but not worth the price i paid. I also got a pack of 5 macarons. The flavors were hit or miss and the swirl/rose shape felt weird as compared to the classic round top. I felt like because of this, it didn't bake properly and was goopy inside. The best flavor was the caramel and the worst flavor was blackberry thyme (tasted like how laundry detergent smells). If I come back to SLC I don't think this would be a place I would visit again...

I’d disagree. The choices we had were delicious and the prices were fair. Absolutely no reason to give this place 2*

everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I did not think it was worth the money I spent there. Like i said in my review the tomatoes were not fresh and were in fact soggy and gross among my other complaints. This app is for people to share their experiences and keep it real. Maybe the time you went there was a different chef and that's why it was better. who knows, all I know is that my experience with it wasn't great

Everything smells like essential oil cleaner - Edit
The food looks delicious and kind of is delicious but the store and the food always have this herbal overtone of lavender(?) or some other essential oil. It’s enough to keep me away😒

what a selection!! - Edit
They have such a great selection of vegan baked goods it was so hard to decide. We tried both almond and choc croissants, choc was a bit dry but almond rocked! Avo toast was very nice. Tofu bene was good but a bit salty. Coffee was great. This is a great breakfast spot

I chose a breakfast sandwich with vegan egg, cheese, and sausage, but I could really only taste the biscuit. I was interested in some menu items, but they were too expensive.

This is the place - Edit
Go out of your way, do it. Classics that are hard to find vegan, creative macaron flavors (my first macaron!), sweet and savory options. Wish I could've tried the coffee, I'm sure it's amazing. The barista was so sweet and friendly, shared our enthusiasm and offered advice on lesser-known things we must do in the area! Almost didn't make it here, I'm sure glad we did😄

I got a scone, a pop tart, and a couple macarons. The macaron flavors didn’t excited me very much and I thought they were just okay. The best thing was the cookie butter scone.

Great place! - Edit
This is a great little vegan bakery/cafe! I’m happy to have a bakery in salt lake thats 100% vegan which can be hard to find. I’m not sure why this place gets bad reviews, I feel like people are maybe a little to harsh or not understanding considering the restrictions COVID brings to the service industry. As far as the comments of employees going to the back, I think everywhere is understaffed these days and restaurants get a ton of mobile orders, so the place could look empty but the employees could be really busy! So anyways 10/10 would recommend, thank u passion flour !

Food looked tasty and the atmosphere is nice, but it’s in an obscure part of town and vastly understaffed. Took 10 minutes to get a scone, no French press, and after waiting another 10 minutes for an Anericano that never came, I left.
