Exceptionnel - Edit

Good, not blown away - Edit
We came here for dinner on New Years Eve so this may have impacted our experience:
4/5 for food and drinks because some items were better than others. The Blossom cocktail tasted watered down and some food seemed like it was sitting out for a while before it was served. The cannolis were stale and the sandwich was soggy. Otherwise flavors were all pretty good.
3/5 for service because we sat for almost half an hour before being served and we had to flag someone down several times to finally take our order and it wasn't busy. Getting the waiters attention was very difficult every time we needed something.
3/5 for ambiance because we were 3 people seated at a table for 2 against a huge post in a dark area and it felt like we were on a time out. The entire restaurant was blocked from our view so we felt very separated. People coming in would wait standing right next to our table and it was uncomfortable. I also had to put my coat on because we were seated in the path to the entrance. Any other table would have been better but they said they could not move us. Candles on the tables could have improved the seating arrangement and ambiance significantlyyyy.
4/5 for value because we weren't blown away but it wasn't a bad experience. Presentation of food was nice. I would recommend to vegan friends to try, but not to non-vegan friends.
Pros: Great presentation of the food, Fully vegan, Nice desert selection
Cons: Extremely slow service, Ambience could use improvement

Espaço lindo, comida óptima mas muito barulhento… - Edit

BEST MEAL IN LISBON - Edit
I wasn't sure what to expect from this place, but I am soooo glad that we decided to come here. I got the Wild cocktail, and my friend got the Basil cocktail. Both were beautiful and tasted amazing. We split the gyoza, and I got the beet tagliatelle. My friend got the toast with tomato and truffle, and my boyfriend got the curry. OMFG everything was outstanding!! I loved the beet tagliatelle. Best dish I have tried so far in Lisbon. And of course we had to get dessert. They have a case of cheesecakes, and they had so many options to choose from. We decided on the raspberry red velvet, and it was spectacular. Definitely coming back here soon!! Need to try their pancakes next.

liked it, didn't love it - Edit
The plate presentation was beautiful and likely made the food taste better.
Read moreThe first visit, I had a lemon blueberry pancake and 'herbarium' bruschetta. I'm not sure if it's because of gluten free flours being used but the bread on the bruschetta and the pancake were a little dry and crumbly and the taste was a bit off. I finished both though, they definitely weren't bad.
I also ordered masala chai, thinking for some reason I would get a drink that was brewed there with fresh spices and maybe some oat milk like a proper chai. No such luck, it's just a teabag. Thought that was pretty strange especially for the cost (3€) and since they make everything else in house.
The second visit I ordered the Luz y Sombra to share and the Sediments main. The sandwich was excellent but highlights my point about inconsistent portion sizing. It was a double decker sandwich whereas the others in that menu section are single slice bruschettas.
The sediments dish was good, a bit unexpected. Large amount of mushrooms and the corn mash was a bit sticky. The kombucha was very nice.
Overall an inconsistent experience with some great and some mediocre food. There are so many better options in Lisbon.

Had a broccoli, cauliflower and leek soup and a bruschetta with cream cheese, pears, mushrooms and cilantro pearls. The latter was truly amazing. I paid 10€ for everything. The restaurant is super cute, staff is nice.

Delicious food and really lovely staff. My only gripe is that if you don’t like or can’t eat mushrooms you’re a bit screwed because they are in virtually every dish! But the staff were brilliant and let me know which dishes were safe!

Creative dishes and cocktails - Edit
We shared two appetizers and several warm mains. The "Nude by Era" cheese starter was very enjoyable, but the cheeses weren't that cheesy, but they were delicious salty spreads. The gyosas were FABULOUS. The beet tagliatelle was the favorite main. The cheese sauce was impressive and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. The Nomad curry was also quite good. The oyster mushroom with corn mash was too acidic to the point that one of my companions found it inedible after a few bites and the rest of us thought it was just okay. With a less acidic marinade, the mushrooms could have been fantastic. The accompanying greens were fresh and an exotic mix.

An elegant little place with great people and all vegan. I had the Declaraçào (beet tagliatelle with a cheese trio fondue and asparagus). Basically it was a yummy pasta dish. I finished with a Three Chocolates cake which was fabulous.

Great for taking non-vegans (though lacking health wise in some areas) - Edit
Went with my non-vegan family on a trip, got to choose one meal and it became this. Was genuinely nervous before but it went really well.
Read moreSTARTERS
Mum and I had the almond cheese & mushroom courgette rolls + the mushroom Gyozas and they were great. Preferred the Gyozas (and truffles) as they were less heavy, but both - gooood. The rest enjoyed had the cheese & bread platter. Grandma, who's 3 years gluten intolerant, said it was the best bread she has had since and we ordered more for her to take home.
MAINS
My parents and uncle had the meatball baguette. Ordered extra sauce for the men as they are sauce people and they were both happy (even though uncle went on a rant about how they could call it meatballs, haha). Mum liked the flavours too, but considered it being too much bread and too little veggies which I would agree on. Grandma had the Gema sandwich (cream cheese, mushrooms, grilled nectarine) and liked it. I had the Nomad curry with grilled mushroom + red rice. Honestly, I was the most disappointed of us because it came with 1 mushroom and lots of corn (which wasn't mentioned in the description and which I'm allergic to, meaning they had to re-do it). The dish was okay, nice that the curry sauce wasn't heavy, but nothing special.
DESSERTS
It was impossible to get desserts free from refined sugar even with weeks notice, which is disappointing for a claimed healthy place. Was offered tea instead and asked them to give their favorite - got a bag (not even loose leaf!) which was a pity too. However, mum ordered the nectarine crumble (looked so good!) and uncle the Cacau. Mum loved it, uncle said that nothing beats the "real deal", but still ate everything.
DRINKS
I don't drink, but my family usually buy expensive things so I was worried they wouldn't like what was offered. Luckily, they said the wine was REALLY good, complimented it many times and took photos of the bottle :)
CONCLUSION
My plant positive omni parents LOVED it. Grandma was especially happy about the bread quality. My uncle who's a chef and against veganism (before going he asked "even if the place is vegan I'll still be able to get meat, right?") said it was "better than expected" which I think is the maximum praise he can give at this point, meaning you can safely take people who are anti-vegans here and that's a great sign. I think there are some areas they can improve on (like my dish being lame and the desserts in general), but I still left happy because my family had approved.
Pros: Great for taking omni people, Somewhat health conscious , Gorgeous gyozas
Cons: No sugar free desserts, All cheeses contained yeast, Some of the mains lacking in flavour/balance
