Excelente comida italiana - Edit
Oasis en La Spezia. El queso, la panzanella y la pasta trofi estaban riquísimos. Aunque nosotros sólo cenamos, el local estaba preparado para actuaciones musicales y tenía una estantería de juegos de mesa. Ambiente calido y relajado.

Delicious vegan food! - Edit
We didn't regret driving over to La Spezia to try the yummy vegan food at origami. The falafel was very tasty and had the perfect texture. Then we tried the panzanelle with grilled tempeh which was also really good. But the climax of the evening were the deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was to die for!

Italian vegan pasta dreams - Edit
We stumbled upon this place one night after a long day exploring Cinque Terre and were so pleasantly surprised! We were finally able to have incredible Italian pasta (vegan!) we ordered the ravioli and the gnochhi which we shared and they were both super delicious. We arrived just as they were opening but it got busier as we were eating. Such a nice atmosphere, lovely staff, and free bread and corn thins as an entree. If only I lived in La Spezia, this would be my local! Thanks 💖

Great Vegan Option For Italy! - Edit
Spent a week in Cinque Terre & while I didn’t struggle to find vegan friendly food, it was so nice to have options besides cheese-less pizza & bruschetta. Went on a Thursday night shortly after opening & it was not busy at all. Ordered two starters for our party of 3, which didn’t take long to arrive. Both delicious! Our main plates took about an hour, but it’s a small kitchen & typical Italian pace for enjoying the entire dinner experience. Atmosphere was nice, fairly quiet with no live music the night we were there. We sat inside, as there is a heat wave right now but without air conditioning it was pretty stuffy. Overall, we were not disappointed! Our waitress spoke English & they had an English menu. Highly recommend if you’re in the area & want a good variety of delicious vegan food. Try multiple things!! Portion sizes are on the smaller size which we preferred as it allowed us to get multiple dishes :)

Delicious all vegan Italian menu! - Edit
This is one of the few vegan restaurants that we found that actually serves pasta and local Italian food while we’ve been in Italy. We had a cooked layered vegetable dish for the appetizer (I forget the name), a lasagne with a white seitan sauce, and trofie pasta with pesto. Chocolate mousse cake for desert. Delicious!

Best truffle cheese - Edit
Nice place with outdoor seating. Instead of a main I wanted two starters so I would have space for dessert😄I had the beetroot ravioli which was good, the lemon tart which tasted good but was a bit dry and I had the cheese platter which included the best truffle cheese I have ever tasted! Staff is very friendly and let me order a half portion of the cheese platter since I was on my own 3

Very good food for a fair price - Edit
This restaurant really amazed me. The food is exquisite, but not at all expensive. The seating is nice and the waiter was attentive and kind. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We didn't hear any live music, but maybe we left too early (tenish?).

Piacevole sorpresa vegana - Edit
Ci torneremo sicuramente

Delicious pure vegan place, nice relaxed atmosphere and very good quality food made from scratch. Food was very beautifully presented and delicious! Example of the dishes includes home made ravioli, fermented vegan nut cheeses with raw crackers, seitan stew, risotto. The place also has a bar with beers and cocktails. They speak English and have an English menu.

Great little place, quite cozy - Edit
Fancy looking place but not too fancy which is good. It's also a bar.
Read moreAll food is vegan!
Service was fantastic and they have lots of gluten free options available. It's more of a local place so it's cheaper than tourist places, and menu is in Italian only but the guy working there spoke great English.
Food has lots of flavour. It's kind of like tapas in a way, choices of dishes for 3-5 Euros, and I had 3 and this was plenty of food.
Would definitely recommend this place.
Pros: cheap , friendly, tasty food

Cozy, vegan and well priced - Edit
First things first: Actually everything is vegan here. They offer around 10 warm and cold dishes, with healty and creative main courses and desserts like cakes and raw cakes. There's special beers and wines and a whole bar. The people are super friendly and are happy to help you in English. The meals are all really good priced around €6-8. And it's really central in the city.
