Vegan Paradise - Edit
This little place is vegan heaven. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Their vegan lox sandwich (i think it's called Edith), is sooo delicious and was very authentically "New York". They also carry so many vegan products and snacks that you can't find anywhere else except for online. Simply lovely!

Just went here today and picked up some goodies, including a sammy..uummm, The Monty was DELISH! I also picked up some of their tasty cheese, the cheddar with nuts and the cashew cheese that has caramelized onions and balsamic vinegar. Both very good. I bought some deli slices and bacon but haven't tried them yet, I'm sure they will be awesome also. This is a boutique store on Orchard street so it is pricey, but not outrageously so. Love this little shop.

This place is amazing and attached to a vegan shoe store that has some vegan apparel too! The soft serve vanilla with caramel sauce was INSANE!! I wanted to try a sandwich too but they were kinda busy on the sandwich line. They had awesome hard to find products. I got a bag full of yummy treats. Definitely coming back! I agree with the review below. Bring a cooler and stock up!! Great selection.

Orchard Grocer definitely rivals my favorite vegan deli, Berben and Wolff's, which is located in Albany, NY. I definitely found myself comparing Orchard Grocer to my favorite deli and I am happy to say that I found myself won over by the simple yet succulent breakfast sandwich. The products that they carry are amazing as well; everything from artisan vegan cheeses to tempting vegan chocolate. I'm in love with this deli and I cannot wait to return with a cooler in hand to buy some artisan cheeses!

I work about ten minutes away from Orchard Grocer and end up getting lunch from there way too often. All of their deli food is amazing. I've eaten the Bowery breakfast sandwich more times than I want to know. It's the best vegan breakfast sandwich ever!! (Get the spicy mayo) Everyone who works there is super sweet. It does take a bit of time for sandwiches to be made, so if you're in a hurry, call ahead for pick up, and if not, pop into Mooshoes next door. Orchard has the best selection of vegan specialty groceries. They have some great cheese like the local Cheezehound and have an awesome selection of sweets. Also, their soft serve is amazing!!!

This place is awesome! Great selection of dry goods, cheeses, proteins. Killer sandwich and salad menu! Soft serve vegan ice cream! Had the sandwich special with Korean BBQ ribs on chibata bread. Was a delight and the presentation in brown butcher paper was the cherry on the top! Plus, connected to the store is Moo Shoes, an all vegan shoe and accessory shop. If you haven't seen "vegan leather" before you are going to be really surprised! Can't wait to come back!!

A vegan dream in such a tiny space! They have everything you can think of: vegan soft serve, vegan cheeses, vegan lox, vegan caviar, vegan honey, vegan meats... I could go on but I think you get the idea. The staff has always been friendly and informative. I just can't say enough good things about this delicious location. I am sort of glad I don't live closer because I would most definitely go broke if I could shop here everyday, it's bad enough that it's on my subway line.
